Somehow I still do have an annoying problem: My menue like "transitions", "video fx", "explorer" etc. are lagging a lot , I always have to move my mouse on this area to make them show them up. Video Preview etc. is working fluently though, no problems there - I do use a RTX 2080. Has anyone a suggestion/same problem?
If you 'have to move your mouse' to show the panel you may need to make it visible any time without hovering over it. We have tried to find out where is that option but with no success in a short time. Try to leave a comment in the official VEGAS forum, they will find a solution in no time!

turn off hardware acceleration, also shift click preferences in your view or options and click internal and search for "so4" and turn everything to false

Magix needs to explain how to enable Vegas to import mp4 videos to the timeline. I have Vegas Pro 18. When I try to import the mp4, the audio shows up just fine; the video, however, does not. Based on several RUclips videos, there apparently is a simple fix. I'd like for Magix to confirm that. I've had to uninstall and re-install several times. The RUclips fix seems to no longer work.
Have a question when placing a logo on the video using the 16:9 ratio I find the logo only gets to a certain size. It does not get to the smaller size that I am trying to achieve. Tried everything don't understand why Vegas Pro 18 does not allow the free placement of images to any size and location. Am I missing something?

I have one question, please help me: u can see (dunno why) two lines of audio (upper red line and lower red line). when I edit my video (tho I recorded on cheap phone) in vegas pro 18, it also shows me 2 sound lines and upper line shows someone's voice, and lower line shows (indicates) wind noise (i guess it's a miracle for me that it does that). Can I just remove lower audio line to get rid of wind noise? Is it possible to remove only one audio line (lane)?

@@bai yeah I realized today that movie studio is not Vegas pro, version 18 of movie studio changed drastically…. So I got Vegas 19, two different programs lol… up until 17 movie studio was like Vegas

One of the most worthless video editing software. They try to portray it as professional, but its more of an amateurish software. So may points i can list, for example you cant even set the proxy video files type. LOL. not even that basic thing is customizable. It will only make proxies which are 1080p. Shit software. It took them some 8 years to realize how to give a dark user interface for their program.

I'm trying to just select the audio but it keeps selecting and both and how do I mute a part of it and not all of it?
Right click on the audio, go to switches and click on mute
You can also mute the whole track by clicking on a mute icon on the left side of where the track starts. Hope this helps.
