It’s not a reinstall thing you will have to open the app everytime you boot your laptop it’s not actually installing it on your pc it is just pretending so it is like a windows operating system but it is a app
@@snetzgaming I'm not sure I understand what you're saying, but to be clear- I tend to install VMs on a couple different devices/ drives every year (mostly to test things) along with different Linux distros, so I always forget, or mix up, the little details when I inevitably install Virtual Box on a new device (or old device with a clean drive/ fresh host OS)
@@Wooskii1 no I’m trying to say that, a virtual box is a app you download from a browser to then choose what operating system you want to “virtually download” which means it doesn’t actually download it onto your pc/laptop it just downloads the system onto a window which then it acts like the actual operating system!

I get an error on the windows start up in the vm that says “Windows cannot find the Microsoft Software License Terms. Make sure the installation sources are valid and restart the installation”. Anyone know what’s wrong?

Dont forget to tick the 3d-acceleration toggle in display settings of the VM VirtualBox Manager to activate graphic card

I wouldn’t install VirtualBox on your computer! 3 days after I installed this, it caused VEGAS Pro 18 to stop working. I deleted it afterwards, it is creating these new virtual hardwares and error 59 for Vegas Pro happened.
I tried as per your instructions and advise. I have window 10 on desktop and want to install window 10 on virtual box. I am having trouble when I start and upload. The installing of files are around 10-15% then machine stops. Pl give me some idea. Thanks.
Try to update the oracle VM or change the windows version file if possible

Yeah, I can't find it. In the folder that he tells us to go to, I just have a folder that's named what I called my VM, no .ISO. Idk why lol

Hey! Bro why when I downloaded the iso file it gives me a folder not the one show on your download like a file only. Mine shows folder itself and I tried to check all the folders there no iso file. Why is that?

This is fantastic. However, I didn't get the option of installing windows 10 64 bit but 32 bit instead. Does anybody know the reason for this?
Your physical system is a 32bit system, depends on what brand/build.

I had my virtualization turned off via bios. I corrected it and now I have the 64 bit option.

Look up the brand and the bios key to get into it upon start up and if it supports virtualization .

thats your normal pc being unable to handle it there are somw tools you have to download on main pc to make it sync

4:03 so to install Windows 10 in the VirtualBox in a Guest OS on an external you select your external hard drive, right? Not the default setting that would install in the C: drive?
dont save on C: because u save on C: u windows os has broken...and error....you must reinstaling windows on your pc...(real pc)

Hi, question, if the 90 day trial version runs out on your virtual machine. Can you then just delete the virtual machine and make a new one with either the same 90 day trial version or download a new 90 day trial iso to do it again?

That means that the driver that allows the VM to use hardware is not installed, I'd make sure that you'd installed all up to date drivers

Found the solution, run the virtualbox setup as an adminastrator then turn off enable AMD-v blah blah blah then you should be good to go
so do I pick the 64 bit guest addition for the 64 bit host, or the 32 bit version for a 32 bit guest? Didn’t think of that eh?
update: guest addition bitness matches guest os bitness
