Honda recently announced the new E-Clutch. Impeccable timing with this video. It is a sweet-looking motorcycle. This one is truly museum quality.
I was so wrong about that bike in the day. With old eyes, its a beauty.
I had that exact same bike and color. Mine was a 1976 if I remember correctly and I had to drive 3 hours to Washington to pick it up. Owned it for 2 years but sadly I crashed the bike slipping on wet pine needles going down a hill a day after Thanksgiving in 2017.

The SOHC CB750 will always have a special place in my heart. I just never warmed up to the automatic.

Looks like a Turqouise Blue. Stunning color. Bike looka brand new!The Silver Badging on gas tank, definitely makes that paintjob pop. I'd ride it for fun, but the fun in riding a motorcycle, is using a clutch and foot shift lever.
Here in the UK we had the 400 Hondamatic as well.Both were very unpopular and sold in very small numbers

Ugh..if I could go back in time. I had one in high-school. Sold it for $500 for college money. Wonder what its woth today. Mine had the big front fairing.

I sold those back then. There is a reason why is was only built for 2 years and why it is in such good condition. The same reason why Porsche only built the 911 Sportomatic for a few years.
Apparently the 2 spd auto was a minaturized Chev powerglide.Read that somewhere.

The CBX 1980 1979 1978 Crown Jewel not CBX with fairings but there good for parts like single shock rear suspension instead of dual shock if you’d like playing with that sort of thing or if there’s a shortage of stock shocks or swinging arms it’s one of the all-time greatest bikes way way way better than 1969 Honda 750 and they had 1980 model year bikes still on the dealership Floors in 1982 at less than retail and look how much they’re selling for today I had so many of them the parts were stacked up to the rafters in the 80s in the 90s be there should I take the black one or the red one this is back in the 80s and 90s I have my license plate drivers license insurance but the cops would want to pull me over I just take off they try to catch me for an hour I’d slow down the catch back up take off again slow down and then in the end just lose them over and over again it was like a game we used to play the good old days until that day the chief of police put a public notice in the local newspaper that he wanted to have a face-to-face meeting with me and if I would come and see you the good old days try that in a small town 😂 CBXperimental 😃
