For dogfighting definitely f-16 but for ground attack it's the harrier since it doesn't really have great maneuverability compared to the f-16. Also more hp does not mean better

Ah yes, the b29 is the best plane and can win every dogfight because it has the most health
The harrier can easily out-turn the f-16 in my experience, wins 8/10 dogfights plus it has ground missiles too, I'd say the Harrier is still better.
health isnt everything but ok. what about weaponry, abilities (hovering), and maneuverability?
