I've just ordered one of these, You paid a great price for yours, I was looking at ones that connect to a cable machine then I realized that you are limited to how much weight that is on the stack ... Great review BTW .....
@Keepingthefaith72 Depends!! I have mine connected to a 210lb weight stack that also has weight horns for adding weight plates to it as well. 500lb max here. Not really any limitations here!! 😎👍

@@karlosairsoft that’s a tough question. I have both now and both are from body solid. The seated one feels a lot smoother to me but I’m not a fan of the design of the leg holder. You have to pull it out of the insert to get out of the machine (there are some designed where can can just lift it out of the way). I have been using the seated one for leg extensions and the laying one for leg curls. So the leg extension feels better on the seated one. Leg curls are different between the two because they’re seated vs laying down. If you like to superset or get out of the seat between sets, it’s easier to do on the one laying down (unless you go with another brand for the seated one). I wish body solid had the leg holder designed a different way on the seated one because their customer service is great. I needed some replacement parts for the seated one and they sent them over after an email

They're a bit on the pricier side in my country though so I'm looking at other brands and I found one that's like the seated one but you're able to recline the back pad, so you can do both seated and lying ham curls. The downside is as you said, the leg holder in kind of in the way.

I reached out to them for a replacement back pad because mine feels painful to use and I got no response so I wish I could have found the body solid one. That one you mentioned sounds awesome and it’s a bummer they have the leg holder that goes between your legs. Is that local to your country? I’m not sure why they use that kind instead of the one that lifts off from the side. Maybe it brings the cost up too much.
Hey Kevin, I’d recommend checking FB marketplace often as that’s where I found mine and a lot of my other equipment There is supposed to be ways to get notified when certain types of listings are posted but I haven’t used that too much. This machine was on there a while and he was initially asking $350 so I’m not sure how in demand they are. Craigslist and OfferUp are options too but I’ve had no luck with those. Good luck!
@@MarkNealJr Correct! The one in this video is the WLCE365 which is our (as you figured out haha) white version of the GLCE365. Keep an eye out as we have an all-black version (GLCE365B) coming out soon!!
My 14 year old FID bench uses that material and it's lasted all these years. Not one tear in it. Great products!

The machine says WLCE365. I’m guessing the W is for white because they have a gray one now called GLCE365
