My frenchie was diagnosed autoimmune disease after a vaccination shot, I almost lost her 😢. Another shot will definitely kill her at this point. Once I was afraid of those diseases, but right now I am more afraid of the vaccines that they're trying to give my dogs. We are now living a healthy lifestyle, good food (species appropriate) with lots of antioxidants, Omega 3, leafy greens, etc. Thank you for all this information! Your RUclips channel has taught me so much
Grateful for your videos. When my dog was a 3 month puppy, the vet wanted him to get this vax, just in case! No way would I do that! No varmints or standing water near us. I no longer go to that vet. We desperately need more holistic vets as yourself❤
Thank you for addressing this. Over many years, I was conditioned to get every vaccine to protect my dogs because if I didnt, then I was neglecting my fur babies. Knowledge is power.
My adopted pup got the vaccine and developed a large lump. I took her back to the vet and he said it was at the injection site and it meant “it was working”. Thankfully after a light therapy treatment the lump went down. After I researched it, I was appalled at how many complications there are with that one vaccine 😢
How I wish this video was available six months ago, and I so appreciate all the good advice you offer. I took my 120lb Akita to the vet for a nail trim (I'm a senior and it's too much for me anymore). I walked out after what amounted to a strong sales pitch, with an expensive bill for two vaccines, one of which was for lepto. I'd never heard of it before and the traveling vet who was seeing patients that day went into great detail about the dangers and proliferance of it in wildlife in our neck of the woods. She made it sound like he could get it just walking our daily neighborhood walks. My dog got very sick: for two days he wouldn't eat, drank little, could hardly get him to get up to go outside for a potty break. He gradually became more himself over the next week, but I immediately called the vet and cancelled the second dose he was supposed to get a month later. Never again.
Dear Doc. You are awesome! Please ignore nasty comments from close-minded people. Had dogs all my life. Last one was raised, fed , vaccinated all accordingly to "science ". Died of a cancer of the lining of a stomach at only 8 ( medium bread). Was it " Blue Buffalo " food that was heavily promoted as the healthy choice, or annual multi shoots and all the tick meds? Done with "science ". Don't stop what you doing. Best wishes to you and yours.
I have lepto vaccine PTSD after watching multiple puppies and dogs die right before my eyes on the table at the vet where I worked as a surgical tech within seconds of getting this shot. Some were revived with epinephrine but many were not. My dogs run in the woods daily wading through puddles and standing water and have for 30+ years and they have never had, nor will they ever get a lepto vaccine.
my aussie nearly died in my arms from this fkn vaccine. I'll never give it to another dog I own ever again. Imagine the trauma of your 12wk old puppy gasping for breath and have a full blown anaphylactic shock 8 hours after this damn shot. That was me. Treating this disease is LESS HARMFUL than the vaccine and with only a 30% chance of the shot actually protecting against the numerous strains of lepto, it simple is NOT worth it. doxycycline is a 5$ RX. A dead puppy from a lepto vaccine has no price.
This absolutely breaks my heart! I believe it. As a groomer my second commission is to educate my clients as best I can about what I've learned. Very Sad!
My Irish Wolfhounds both got the lepto-vaccine in the summer, after our vet advised us to get it because of where we live (quite secluded, lots of forests and wildlife) two days after the vaccination one of my dogs got his first seizure. He never had any health issues before. He was now diagnosed with epilepsy, after having had 3 more seizures which where terrifying for him and for us. Our dog is on cbd oil and doing well! We opted out for seizure medication for now and we’ll see how he is doing in the long run. I so regret the decision to get my dogs vaccinated! 😢 We watch dr. Jones channel from Belgium.
It would be so awesome if you had the desire and time to start your own school for new veterinarians. This would usher in a whole new breed of doctors. It would be a mammoth undertaking, though.
Not how it works. That industry is locked down tight. They sell meds. That is why is no longer licensed. Maybe Holistic is what you mean. He probably makes more off of YTube.
Years ago the vet recommended the lepto vaccine for my 5 month old puppy. We left the vet office around 5 pm. He cried all night and in the morning I discovered he had hives all over his abdomen and swelling around his eyes. I called the vet and said he obviously had a reaction to the vaccine. The vet did not want to admit the vaccine was the cause for hives, but did have me bring him in and he was given a shot of benadryl.
it has to be specifically benadryl allergy aka pure diphenhydramine. if there are any other components mixed in, it's NOT dog safe. it's also better to break the tablet in half or crush and mix in food for the absolute fastest ingestion possible. @@RepentfollowJesus
@@hoihoipoipoiwhile this is true, have you ever tasted powdered Benadryl? I have. The likelihood of getting a dog to taste then continue eating that are very poor.
I have a wonderful vet who doesn’t believe in over vaccinating our dog but lepto he definitely recommends so I do it. However, people should know that there is a higher risk for an allergic reaction so my vet gives him Benadryl mixed with it for precaution. By the way Dr Jones I just noticed you’re almost at a million subscribers that’s amazing and so deserved! Thank you for all your information!
it's an extremely high chance of allergic reaction. my aussie nearly died from this vaccine and people need to be educated on the risks of it. it's actually far LESS dangerous to get the bacteria and cure it with common antibiotic than risk your dog literally dying some hours after this shot. also unlike most vaccines this one doesnt present symptoms immediately. they will present hours later, often late at night leaving you to scramble for an ER vet.
@@karengordon2413if you've got a dog with allergies they need to be taking something for the histamine response because certain breeds are more likely to develop cancer specifically MCT's and antihistamines can possibly help prevent cancer developing
I had my Baby borded at the vets office for about a month. We had to do work on our house. She went down one day after being fine all the rest of the time. She was vaccinated for lepto but they treated her for it while they waited on the results. She died in a day. They said it came back positive for lepto from a raccoon. I still say it was bs. If she got it, she got it there .
The vaccine is now combined with the 7 way shots now. I did NOT want my dogs vaccinated for this, but the vet actually vaccinated in a 'booster shot' for this vaccine alone, despite the fact I left the dog for a teeth cleaning , no extractions permitted and nothing else, specifically no booster. I had read that depending on the vaccine it was possible to cause it to shed the disease organism. Sure enough about exactly a week later I started to get sick. I was very sick for a while until I fixed it myself...no, not saying how. I cannot find a decent vet any more. There is some kind of organized for maximum profit vet group out there. They all belong around here, the old country vets seems they were hounded by the vets in the 'organized group' until they just surrendered their licenses like you. THE NEW VETS ALL SUCK. Luckily I know a few things my old retired vet taught me over the years. I trust you and your advice it is a lot like his with the minimalist approach, not the maximum profit ideaology.
Sorry for your loss thats so sad. A raccoon? Well if it was on THEIR property at the Vet where they walk the animals, isn't that THEIR issue, their fault? IDK, its a tough one but Perhaps a Small claims court for care costs etc if they dared to charge you for ANYTHING after the fact. Best wishes.
@@michelestellar7725 my vet would separate vaccines at my request. Instead of "booster shots" . It was more expensive fee to separate them but to me its worth it and if there's a reaction then I know the EXACT cause so easier for treatment and to know to never use that vaccine ever again
@@maried777 Agree. Just like us humans don't like hanging out for extended stays at hospitals, surrounded by the sick and extended others that come to visit. A doggy daycare that keeps overnight and only if we MUST.
I am so sorry to hear this. I would never put my dog in the vet to keep. I hope you will never do that again. Please adopt from a rescue shelter. Your dog would be proud of you for continuing the Love. I know this hurts deeply.
Disease disease disease. When do you guys ever stop this is sickening. My dogs have the best vaccine in the world it's called 'immune system' Mostly raw food, homemade dog food with all kinds of Vegetables Seasalt Seaweed Garlic chick pea . Keep feeding the canned food to Your dogs and then you'll be surprised of the diseased outcome. My dog's on excellent Shape. No health issues. They are over ten years old the average person would think they five. Beautiful coat. Also, you guys do not be surprised if your dog have health issues a developed them after getting spayed and neutered. Why not giving the female's a hysterectomy and let them keep their ovaries. Why do you guys think they put on weight after the procedures. Over the years why would that not be contributed to other health issues? I mean, even as of vet. A little bit of common sense can go a long ways . Responsible dog ownership would be the right thing to do instead of neutering in spaying Just cutting away oregons that have crucial functions in the body. And then wanna be surprised when they get sick over the years😂.
Interesting. In my country Latvia it is one of the complex vaccines that dogs get yearly. But then again - it is a very moist country with a lot of stagnant bodies of water, so thank you for pointing out the details of this disease.
In NYC, it’s pretty common for vets to recommend it. There are tons of wild raccoons, rats, and standing water everywhere. The soil is likely contaminated, especially after it rains and snows. My vet recommends it yearly, especially with my having a service dog. He’s never had an issue after getting it. While I wish we didn’t need to use it, it makes sense for our situation. My boy sometimes ends up with minor scrapes from scratching an itch and playing. You just never know if your dog may end up with an open wound. They also sniff everything and occasionally like to briefly lick things as one of their ways of understanding their world. The vet we use is really not generally pushy about stuff nor does their practice attempt to upsell everything (quite the opposite), so when he said he really felt it was necessary, I followed his advice. Thankfully, my boy has been healthy and has had no side effects.
I adopted a dog from a shelter and was told she was fully vaccinated and spayed. One week later she was in heat and I took her to be spayed. A couple of months late I took her to get vaccinated since I no longer trusted what the shelter told me. That evening she was extremely lethargic so I called the vet the next day. They told me it was probably caused by the Lepto vacinne, so I have avoided it ever since. She is 16 years old now and really showing her age, but she never got lepto.
My vet brought this up to me at our last visit this summer for our outdoor dogs. I've been so scared and wondering what to do, but after watching you I realize we don't have a high risk. Thank you, for explaining this so well!
My 16 month old Jackshund just had this vaccine and it's booster. She's had zero complications or reactions. I'm in north central Florida and on the edge of woods and my cameras show a plethora of wildlife in my backyard drinking from feral cat water bowls, her baby pool, and birdbaths. Every situation is different.
Could this be coming from previous vaccines dogs were given? People who took the e Cshots are having all kinds of breakouts of sickness. I think people need to wake up to what they’re trying to do to us and our beloved pets.
4:03 as my dog has gotten older,i noticed that giving her multiple vaccines at once was a bit much. So I've spread out her vaccines a bit and she responds much better now. It just made her sleepy and a little sore. Now that they are spaced out,no problems.
Sending you and Tula a huge internet hug, Dr. Jones! We appreciate you sharing your knowledge and wisdom so much~ Happy Holidays to you and your family~
I had an interesting discussion with my vet about this. She was automatically going to jab my dog for this without consent when I went in for something else. She wasn't happy looking at her face when I gave her data and research to back up why I wasn't vaccinating my dog. As I also said to her, he doesn’t drink out of muddy puddles etc, we always carry fresh water with us for both our dogs and they've both got a great "leave it" cue. So if I think either of them are going to drink out of standing water I can move them away from it and offer them fresh water.
Thanks doc...we have 2 dogs...our 12 yr old had his puppy jabs and 2x annual boosters before the understood about over vaccination, so he's never had another shot of any kind since. Out 9 yr old has never had any vaccinations at all even as a puppy! Neither dog has ever needed to go to a vet through ill health, neither has any food allergies (they're raw fed) and both are unbelievably fit for their ages.
I love your videos you've taught me so much how to care for my animals and when it's time to really go to vet. Both my animals are smart healthy and shiny and I attribute a little bit of that to you!! I love the new intro
After the vet scared me talking about lepto in our area, I let her give my shar-pei the shot. The next morning, I woke up to find her with a thick discharge of puss oozing out of her nose. She kept licking her nose to clean it, and I cleaned it the best I could also, but it kept coming out all day, a lot, and she didn't look good at all. I called the vet and they said it was a reaction to the shot and noted in her chart that she's allergic to it and to never give it to her again. Thankfully, she was back to normal after a few days. Never again, for any of my dogs!
I had a female Maltese, Gidget, who developed IMHA (Immune Mediated Hemolytic Anemia) from a rabies vax. She was older at the time (8 or 9). After a year, the vet managed to pull her out of it and she lived another several years. It was so scary and she never had another shot. I had a letter from the vet so I could get her groomed without even a bordatella. Before this, she’s had the Lyme vax and leptospirosis. After the IMHA episode, the vet recommended no leptospirosis for my two cocker spaniels who are prone to issues from vaxes. I do worry about it because we live in the woods but our yard is fenced so the risk of lepto under these circumstances is low. I miss my Gidgie. ♥️
I have spent over 1500in the last 5 months. The veterinarian says they don’t know what her issues are . I live in the woods and have cats dogs rodents and have many other wild animals in my area’s. They found coccidia and fungus’s in her ears now she has kidney issues she is 11years old. And the vets say they don’t know anything about her issues.so what to do they treat one ear the other gets infected. I keep going back and they never are on top of anything. I call and ask about follow ups they say no so it’s a different story each time with an office visit. Very frustrating and sad. It seems to be about Money period. I am 74 And need medical care for myself but refuse to neglect her. Got any suggestions ? Love you & your show and the absolute truth . I left the medical field for the same reasons you left your practice. Much love blessings health and happiness to you and yours. Praise God Thank you
Lepto came to our area so the Vet gave my 10 pound Maltese the vaccine. The side of her face started to swell, she became lethargic, the swelling and paralysis set on the side where she was swollen. I called the vet and I got the voice mail. She. never called back. I sat with her for 8 hours watching to make sure the swelling didn't spread. I was so worried about her breathing. She slowly recovered. 2 days later the vet called and took our information to give to the company. I was then told,"yes, we are seeing some very concerning side effects with that vaccine." WAS I MAD! I no longer use that vet. I wish I had seen your video first. Thank you for giving us the truth. You have our trust and respect!
Everything you say I trust! So much knowledge and so much common sense thanks for sharing. I feel the same way with a book I regularly consult, The Forever Dog.
This is what i had emailed you about asking if you could look at my dogs treatment records to see if it indeed looked like he had lepto before he passed. They did the iv treatment, they even had to do blood transfusions on him. It all started because he threw up and i took him in to be looked at. Im a veteran with severe ptsd and he was my service animal, best friend, my saviour, and my world. The vet didnt have the lepto test on hand so it was never confirmed. I just want to have a second opinion on if it is what truly took him from me. Its killing me not knowing. I feel like ive failed my battle buddy. My ptsd attacks have increased without him and the world feels very dark and alone. I respect and trust your opinion and truly wish you would reconsider and just look at his records so i can find closure in this.
Ugh my GSD just got this vaccine he’s 8. He’s gotten the vaccine serval times and okay. They highly recommend it. He also just got Parvo, Destemper, Oral Boardetella😢 we never board him and we don’t do dog parks. This is the last year I’m doing these dang shots. He’s going to be 8 in Jan. So far he’s healthy but I’m sick of all the vaccines! We do walk daily in the woods and he loves the creek. I don’t let him in the creek much but only if it’s running clear and it’s cool and not hot. The creek has springs but we have deer and all the wild animals in Texas. I pray these vaccines don’t hurt him!
After 2020 and seeing how eager the pharmaceutical industry and “healthcare” industry was to make a profit at any risk to people... I simply don’t trust any of them. And until recently, I was an RN.
My vet retired and I really miss him. the new vets just can't recommend enough vaccines for my 13 plus year old dog. I told him last visit, just the required 3 year rabies vaccine PERIOD!!!!
You are such an incredible blessing for me sharing all of this wealth of information you need to charge youtube for your services😊you are awesome thank you!and God Bless you!!!and all your fur babies!!!❤❤❤❤
Are these mRNA vaccines now? Could you please do a video on what is happening with veterinary vaccines these days...are they all going to be mRNA-type vaccines in the future? Also, are dogs being around cattle and their water sources a higher risk also? Love your videos. You're the best!
Thank you Doc Jones for this excellent info and wise counsel. In.our case, we do not have the risk factors. It's so great to be able to make an inforned decision.

My dog got it after drinking from a puddle. Also watch out for them licking the water/dew off the grass especially if you have wildlife around. It cost me a small fortune but he recovered.
I stopped injecting my dogs in 1996 as a long time breeder who actively took part in shows and dog events. Since I stopped using them I never had parvo, kennel cough or any other infectious diseases. When I used the injections I had dealt with a few outbreaks in my kennel. Many of my long time breeder friends had the same experiences as me. Always ask questions when people have sick dogs and when people have old very healthy dogs. You will see the proof for yourself
Thank you so much for this informative video. We had lepto scares this summer and we were told all water are high risks. And it’s fortune to treat the disease requiring kidney dialysis, yet outcome is mostly devastating. Half a dozen dogs were killed within days and it was really scary. All info was about getting them vaccinated, don’t drink or let them in any water… no one talked about simple doxycycline treatment could work. Feeling a lot better now that you give us valuable advice because my dog loves water ❤
😢 i lost 2 GSPs to this ugh last spring. New place with pond next door. Yes, many raccoons/wildlife. Hard way to learn. Thsnk You Dear Heart for getting this very important info out.
TKI by Genestra…for kidney failure….is a “human” product….just sharing, as this saved 2 of my dogs, on separate occasions over last 20 years, and anecdotally also a human who was due for kidney transplant surgery that his son was going to be donor to. Thank you Dr. Jones for all you do with your vids to share alternative remedies! Have watched so many of your vids, but can’t be sure if you ever talked about, or if you know about this remedy? So, again just sharing as this could be a life saver for someone ❤
I live in the woods with lots of wild animals around. Any time it rains he drinks rainwater outside. I opted for the vaccine past 2 years because of the high risk, still unsure
My 5 year old Bearded Collie died after contracting leptospirosis. She had been vaccinated for lepto but contracted a different strain. She was at the vet ICU for 6 days with antibiotics and IV fluids before passing. We were devasted.
I started making distilled water every day. I never did this before, but it seems very clean. I bought the vevor brand, it is easy to use. Thank you for your info. You are a wise man.
I had to put my Chihuahua to sleep he was about 17 year's old. We don't know because we rescued him the vet estimated by his teeth and other issues. He became very ill and they said he was in kidney failure he went downhill very quickly. We did everything we could he was so little he stopped eating, drinking and couldn't even walk. I had to give him water with a syringe he never improved. It was absolutely heartbreaking. 😭
My dog had this last summer. The meds I had to treat her with I couldn't handle the without gloves. She was drinking tons of water. Peeing everywhere. She's doing better now.
My dog was vaccinated against Lepo didn’t really think he needed it but gave him the first shot and he was itching and then he was not so active. He is a mix breed has Pomeranian and chihuahua and he has high energy. I watched him pretty good I didn’t want to give him the second shot but delayed it by a month. He did well but they send me a notice from the vet saying he needs one again. I not going to because of the way it makes him feel he’s a little older now. I only walk him where it safe no dogs around and I clean his feet when we come back home. He gets his regular shots but of course in the summer it’s different than winter months. He pretty good I try my best to keep him from other unknown dog’s right now you have to be careful even with ourselves. Thank doctor for keeping us informed. Many blessings to all
A couple months ago my local vet said my dog was due for Lepto and Bordatella. I requested a Titer test instead and they said they don’t do Titer testing but talked me into getting the Lepto. I wasn’t going to originally and my dog always does his business and wants to come right back inside and never drinks still water (not that we have any). Nervous, I allowed them to give him the Lepto and since then he has had red itchy skin on his genital area. He also started scooting his but on the carpet which he never did before hand. I wish I could go back and never said yes. Now I have to rebuild his immune system.
One of my dogs developed itchy skin after a series of vaccines. Poor girl, took me a year to get things under control. No more shots for her. Look into Immune Sure by Pet Wellbeing, this helped my girl by reducing the itching. She scratches occasionally but not like she was. Good luck.
Unrelated question, I will search too ... But im getting dogs fixed and rabies shot seems to be mandatory. What can I give them to help protect / detox from it.
On Dogs Naturally they used to have drops you could give them after your dogs get a vaccine to pull out any heavy metals but this was several yrs ago ,not sure if they still have or if it works

Most of the vets in my area (eastern Washington state) give the lepto vaccine in a combo shot with the routine vaccines so unless you ask your dog automatically gets it. Many vets are not happy to give the other vaccines without it. When I've asked the vets what the incidence of leptospirosis is in our area most really didn't know but insisted because I have a hunting dog that he should have it. I have only had one vet tell me he's never heard of a case in our area and my hunting dog remains unvaccinated for it.
I'm in Eastern Oregon, and like Washington it's mostly desert, so little standing water and a small raccoon population, so I'd consider myself in the low risk category as you do, but the lack of cases may also be from your local vets blanketing the surrounding area with vaccinations.
We keep having possum and thier babies hanging out in our nieghborhood . We have no food source sitting out . My dogs keep going after them and killing them . I entertained the idea of live trapping them and relocating them . I told my vet this and she really pushed for this vaccine . I let her give it to my aging dog ....I worry about the effects but havent seen anything noticeable yet . My dog only gets the core vaccines usually , such as rabies and distemper . I am very vaccine cautious . Worry all the time about what these vaccines are doing to our precious friends .
I have a French Bulldog that is two. The breeder cautioned us not to get that vaccine because Frenchies have reactions to Lepto vaccine a lot. My concern is we have fruit rats in our neighborhood in Florida. They basically live up in the palms. I really don’t know what to do.
I REALLY wish i had access to this several years ago. I'm NOT an anti vaxxer, but I don't believe in over vaxxing OR medicating my german shepherds. I live in CO and I have a friend who bought a teacup Shih Tzu. It was not a healthy pup, I believe it was probably from a puppy mill type thing because they let her have it at 5 weeks. We live in a VERY rural town with coyotes and raptors so small pets are kept indoors or they become snacks. However, I don't see mice very often, never see raccoons or skunks. Occasionally a bunny and LOTS of great horned owls, perigrine falcons, various hawks and bald eagles occasionally. At 8 weeks, the vet gave this tiny puppy, that fit in the palm of your hand, a combo vaxx that included distemper, (which we never see), Parvo, (which is so common you can get it at the vet, the park, and even your front yard).........And LEPTO, (i have never heard of a dog "from here" getting lepto, but a dog brought here could carry something).... I heard the vet tech telling them it was important they get it. 3 years ago, we were in a drought and hadn't had rain forever!!!!! Everyone let their lawns die or go dormant. This puppy would be a house dog, never go out back without a human because an owl killed one of their dogs the year before. They never took the dogs to parks ect. Unfortunately, They listened to the vet. The next day, I was again at the vet, (i have 5 German Shepherds and they needed physicals but not all on the same day... 🐾🤯🐾.🤪 🐾❤🐾) Her pup ended up in dog ICU from the vaxx, "ohhhh, just a reaction". NO, That pup was to you young, not healthy enough to have had it. it only weigh 3.5 pounds and never should have had it in combo with the others. did they adjust the dose for the size? I have never allowed them to give it, or the other unnecessary poisons they push such as oral flea and tick...i dousedo your research, they have fleas or ticks at my house....
I've been told that we cant Titer Test for Lepto, and it needs to be done annually. But wouldn't seven or eight years of receiving the Lepto vax have built up any lasting immunity?
Here in East Texas we have lots of creeks, lots of rain, and lots of wildlife and stray animals, so we do vaccinate for it. None of my animals have had a bad reaction to the vaccine but that's not to say others would not. Thanks for your information on it!
My puppy (8months now, 4-5months at the time) did get the lepto vaccine bc she’s wild and dove into a swampy mud puddle by my house and went for something floating in the water, almost got it in her mouth 😑definitely got some of the goop in her mouth. Ate deer poop and other unknown animals poop, stuck her snout in rainy mud puddle water, etc. She was fine, is completely healthy & thank god had no reaction to the vaccine. Fortunately she has since stopped eating random shit & diving into dirty swampy water/puddles, so she should be good on getting that vaccine in the future. She did, however, have a horrible reaction to the rabies vaccine & she now hates the vet. Unfortunately I live in a state where the vaccine is required- so she’ll need one again next year & I’m dreading the day. 😰
@@ladyfarrier5949 …regardless, I think it’s required by law, no? I think re-vaccination is required within 1 year of the first. After that I think I’ll be able to get her titers done to determine if she even “needs” it. I could be wrong though, I’m not a lawyer and I’m only going by my understanding of reading the law.

My dogs run in the woods daily wading through puddles and standing water and have for 30+ years and they have never had, nor will they ever get a lepto vaccine.
Healthy diet and happy life are best ways to prevent disease imo. Also common sense cleanliness ❤
fraud comment from a random anti vax crank----- "multiple puppies and dogs die right before my eyes on the table at the vet " Calling BS on that.
my aussie nearly died in my arms from this fkn vaccine.
Absolutely the truth! I have seen it also. Same as parvo infections after 1st vaccinations and other issues over the past 30 yrs of being aware
You are the only vet I know that I would trust.
It would be so awesome if you had the desire and time to start your own school for new veterinarians. This would usher in a whole new breed of doctors. It would be a mammoth undertaking, though.
Don't let the mammoth part get in the way. It's such a shame that vets just pump medicines into dogs instead of testing..
Not how it works. That industry is locked down tight. They sell meds. That is why is no longer licensed. Maybe Holistic is what you mean. He probably makes more off of YTube.
They won't let it happen 😢
We need to get back to it being more of a "we" than a "they" thing. Otherwise, we should just roll over and die. @@MOAB-UT
Over the counter, it's 1 mg per pound of body weight for the pink benadryl. Blue won't work.
it has to be specifically benadryl allergy aka pure diphenhydramine. if there are any other components mixed in, it's NOT dog safe. it's also better to break the tablet in half or crush and mix in food for the absolute fastest ingestion possible.
@@RepentfollowJesus
@@hoihoipoipoiwhile this is true, have you ever tasted powdered Benadryl? I have. The likelihood of getting a dog to taste then continue eating that are very poor.
It's amazing that we made it into the doctor age with all of these so-called deadly things going on something's not adding up.
That is overvaccinating honestly.
@@MOAB-UT💯
Benadryl is nearly as bad as the shot
@@michelestellar7725
my vet would separate vaccines at my request. Instead of "booster shots" . It was more expensive fee to separate them but to me its worth it and if there's a reaction then I know the EXACT cause so easier for treatment and to know to never use that vaccine ever again

Agree.
Thank you for this warehouse of information. This has probably saved many dog's lives.
yeah, from the leptospirosis vaccine. not from the bacteria itself.
You have been a blessing to me and my dogs. Thank you for always giving us honest answers and opinions.
Any time! ❤️
Thank you so much for staying up to date on all the viruses, bacteria infections & diseases. We ALL appreciate it!!!🐕🐕🐕
Disease disease disease. When do you guys ever stop this is sickening. My dogs have the best vaccine in the world it's called 'immune system' Mostly raw food, homemade dog food with all kinds of Vegetables Seasalt Seaweed
Garlic chick pea .
Why do u have outdoor dogs.
They’re spraying this stuff from the sky! I’m fully convinced.
I think so too!! I’m sick of them poisoning our animals
Buddy, what?? 💀
Yes
He's very good he saved my dog
4:03 as my dog has gotten older,i noticed that giving her multiple vaccines at once was a bit much. So I've spread out her vaccines a bit and she responds much better now. It just made her sleepy and a little sore. Now that they are spaced out,no problems.
Sending you and Tula a huge internet hug, Dr. Jones! We appreciate you sharing your knowledge and wisdom so much~
Happy Holidays to you and your family~

Thank you for really caring about the long term effects of vaccines, and commercial dog food..
Thank you for your time and keeping us updated Dr. Jones.

I’m so sorry your suffering in your grief.

It is all over our suburban area Santa Clarita. We have been avoiding the groomer and vets, and trying to limit contact with standing water.
I started making distilled water every day. I never did this before, but it seems very clean. I bought the vevor brand, it is easy to use. Thank you for your info. You are a wise man.
It has no minerals nor electrolytes in it. Get regular bottles water.
I also want to urge caution about using distilled water if you use it every day. You need the minerals that are lost by distilling.
I use Dr. Jones ultimate formula, and electrolyte drops too. Thank you for letting me know, though. I always appreciate health info.
He was 17, sorry for your loss, he was almost 90 in dog years. He was loved and had a great life I’m sure but it may have been his time.

Good luck.

Thank God my kids have a great secure yard huge yard so chances are low no standing water we In drought..

My pleasure❤️
How about licking/eating soil or drinking from streams/flowing water please?
🐾🤯🐾.🤪 🐾❤🐾)
Her pup ended up in dog ICU from the vaxx, "ohhhh, just a reaction".
Very informative, thank you🙏
Glad it was helpful!😊
Have them check your dog's titers for rabies.....
Thank you for the warning
Thanks, Dr. Jones!
