Me again, what kind of Flux do you use??. I want to move to a different Flux. I feel I'm ready. I use all Silver mostly 925, no gold it's just not my thing. Not sure that matter. Thank you

I use handy flux most of the time but I also use battery’s liquid flux sometimes.

Question, you said fine silver (999?) wouldn't that be to soft to hold its shape especially the hook? I know hammering helps but I have never been able to get 999 to stiffen that much. Thanks

Very true, fine silver is rather soft. I usually use sterling for my hooks and jumprings. :)

This is great. Thank you, but why did you use fine silver instead of sterling silver? And can you use a higher gauge? Like maybe 24 gauge?

You can use whichever you prefer. :)
