Do one need to know how to swim before joining any role or it’s applies to only certain roles ?
You need to know how to swim. You are joining the navy which is a water based force. So learn how to swim, it's not difficult it took me about 1 month from nothing to an average swimmer. Yes, you need to know how to swim because you will do a swim test during your training and you need to pass it, it's threading water for 2 minutes and swimming in overalls 50meters in not more than 4 minutes. Trust me a grand mother can do that easily. However certain roles require swimming to a good level

The Royal Navy is permitted to recruit only a limited number of candidates from the Commonwealth each year, we have sufficient potential applicants to fill this requirement in your chosen role for the foreseeable future.
I tried different roles but got same responses.
Greetings bro, hope you are good. Like I said it takes time especially for us from common wealth, so you have to be patient. It's not instant that you will accepted because many people have also applied, so just apply and get on with ur life, and check your email from time to time. Honestly don't put all Ur hopes here, get something doing.

But bro I applied like 9 times when I was not receiving my email. I later discovered that it didn’t show up in the mail box but rather the spam folder.
