    I'm cooking it today the first time I saw you was on pbs my husband was watching you make some cajeta I hope you pay no attention to the negative comments I'm Mexican and in still learning's some Mexican dishes that in my home state aren't cooked love my Mexican food and I get to learn more from you thankyou.     Just found your channel. Second recipe I watch. I had never heard of "Mole de Olla". Seems more like "Caldo de Rez". I love those bowls. Where could I purchase them?

    I made this yesterday, it was delicious, curios though as to why there isn't potatoes in the mole de olla? Thinking about doing this, only with seafood. Thanks for showing this video.

    Muy bien , solo te faltaron los chochoyotes con epazote y al poner la verdura primero se pone el elote, 25 min después zanahorias , ejotes y chayotes y 20 min después la calabaza y otros 15 min.

      Emmanuel Sol en Durango el mole de olla tiene bolitas de masa de maíz, este plato lo llamamos caldo de res

      En Veracruz el que lleva bolas de masas es el tesmole. Es de pollo con chile ancho y tomates.
