I’m planning on buying FH5 for my laptop, I’ve never played one before, I’m a PlayStation guy, so one question: can you not choose what cars you drive in these missions.
I can't speak for isad so this is a guess but based on how isads vids are edited and presented, they seem to be mostly about exhibiting and showcasing gameplay, not necessary about isad himself or his reactions or comments about anything, hence the lack of facecam and microphone as well as no overlay. An overlay would be cool but it's an unnecessary distraction for just showcasing gameplay. DUBS has also talked about this idea, while he does have a microphone he doesn't do facecam simply because his videos are more about the game than about him
If you wanna pure driving experience just make auto gearbox, ABS ON (cuz helps a lot with stopping times), steering normal(or the one you got as a default cuz much better than simulation) and all the other things set to off. Also if you struggle with handling cars on S2 class, just turn on Stability and Traction control. If you wanna drift, disable all assists including ABS and make manual shifting w clutch (so you can clutch kick on corners instead of braking)
This was the one story in FH5 in which the cringeworthy dialogue was actually appropriate. It's Mexican pro-wrestling, but with cars. Of *course* everything will be over-the-top and silly.
so did anyone else notice the ford focus at the top of s1 without the engine swap? i really wish that was possible normally but the one you can own only tops out at like 600 hp with the one in the lucha missions at like 800 hp
I caught the M-Sport Fiesta in A Class at chapter 1 in this storyline, but the M-Sport is normally S1. Sooo, what is going on here??? It's not just with storyline, its with normal racing. I caught a Sierra RX3 and Can Am Maverick a in C Class race, even though the Sierra is A class and the Can Am is B Class. What is happening?

there are a lot of crazy shortcuts in fh5 stories. especially from chapter 7 part 1, You can turn around and go to the finish line.
