      दाई नासिका से धीरे सांस ले फिर धीरे धीरे उसी नासिका से चोड़े। इसी तरह बाई नासिका से करें। 7 मिनिट तक यह अभ्यास करें उसके बाद 3 या 4 मिनिट आंख बंद कर आराम से बैठे।🙏

    Sir mujhe health anxiety hai bachpan se n last 2 years se kafi pareshan hu or anxiety symptoms se bhot Jayda dar lagta hai. Head me ajeeb sa feel hota hai morning me or sham hote hi dar lagne lagta hai asa lagta hai jase kuch ho jaega mujhe. Weight loss ho gya h kafi bhook bhot kam ho gyi hai kisi kam me man nhi lagta bus lete rehna acha lagta hai.. plss help me mai puri tarah thek hona chahti hu baby ki care bhi nhi kar pati thek se😢😢

      Sir Anulom Vilom me left se Breath in karte ho or Right se Breath out karte ho but Nadi suddhi me same nose se Breath in or Breath out karna hota hai.🙏🏿
