Si no me equivoco este BT4 trae una configuracion de balance, pero predeterminado si usa una escala de poder, en la que por ejemplo goku ssjb oneshotea a krilin o algo asi. por otro lado con la configuracion activada si lo balancean por si los jugadores no quieren tener que elegir personajes igualados.
