I think you might have to contact roblox support over and over again until you get the item you purchased, this did happen to me despite different case, i wanted my previous username gets removed (yes you can get your past username removed if it contains your real life name) because it had my real name on it, so i contacted roblox support and the first attempt they were just straight up careless, the 2nd attempt also the mod used the same template word in their email as previous, and until my 13th attempt, they finally removed my past username and i contacted freaking 13 times which just shows how lazy and careless the mods are

you are so right about roblox support sucking, i asked them about the gil by guilded bundle and if it was still obtainable or i was glitched out. i went into detail on how to obtain it and how it was on guilded, even if they were too incompetent to fully understand they should at least get the idea that the bundle was given to you through guilded. but even after that, they tried to give me tips such as, "rejoin the experience", "reset your router", nothing they said fit the situation at all
yep also in the innovation awards 2022 I never got the golden tuxedo from joining the game, and roblox just said "oh were not affiliated with the group responsible for the item." Basically they just stuck the middle finger at me and said go deal with it yourself. I hate roblox and I hate how they do not take accountability for their stupid a** mistakes.
The "I Voted" badge is also glitched, in r6 it has no textures.

What I hate about the UGC Event items is that they were clearly built for the stupid looking rtho avatars that Roblox is trying to force on us. If you were some of the items using the classic body bundles, it would look streched out, and straight up messed up.

The "chest" UGCs are actually allowed, according to Roblox Marketplace's new rules. They get removed occasionally because of people mass reporting them, but generally are later just back on the Marketplace anyway.
It actually kind of makes sense, they're making similar exceptions for character packages as well.
How the hell does it make sense

Im still procesing the womans chest accessorys by this point, i went searching on the roblox marketplace policy what was changed to allow this (because it's now allowed apperently), in short, hell nah this is indeed breaking tos (its suppose to look modest but some of these are trying it hard to push the boundries of sizes). I'll tell ya, this and the copyright inflichment items are what is gonna throw roblox down
To be fair, Roblox themselves have uploaded rthro packages with blatantly visible cleavage and no one is or has called them out on it. Other ugc creators have uploaded packages with even bigger and more detailed cleavage and again, no one made a fuss about it. There layered clothing that can achieve the same effect as these recent accessories, and those have been around forever.
The point is, it's literally a non issue. These accessories aren't even that bad considering that Roblox themselves have seemingly violated their own tos, the items are fully clothed and don't actually show actual skin. Not to mention that the female form is what it is, people really shouldn't be fixating on them to such a degree that they stop what they're doing and complain about them just because they can see the outline of their shape. Should every female be forced to hide their cleavage to such a degree that their chest looks like a Lego torso just because "oh no a kid might stare at them". As if kids haven't already seen what a woman's chest looks like while out in public.
The only thing I will draw the line on is if the ugc uploaders start blatantly showing so much skin that there's nothing to leave up to the imagination, but again no one has gone that far in all the examples I've mentioned.
I mean, classic R6 avatars having breasts kinda overlaps with the whole “R63” nonsense, so I can clearly see why people are upset about this.
Personally it makes me extremely uncomfortable seeing these kinds of avatars hanging around, because I know for a fact they’re not doing it to have “realistic proportions” or whatever excuse they may have. It’s because they’re more than likely weirdos who just want to dress up as horndogs.
Just a reminder Roblox’s target demographic is younger folk, don’t know if it’s too smart to be exposing them to Roblox soft-pornography.

From a creators view, these updates that they think will make them more money will likely make them less money. I will probably not upload UGCs for groups anymore. Which a lot of people are in the same boat. I’m still going to work on games, but that has nothing to do with these updates. It’s ridiculous. You make no profit from even a successful UGC at this point 🤦♂️

Roblox support sucks, my old account I made in 2019, well I put 2 step verification on it and kinda lost it cuz didn't know the email. And I still to this day don't have it. I contacted Roblox support multiple times telling them the email is lost and got deleted, by over and over again they told me they can't give my account back cuz I have to prove it's mine.
