I've been doing that coconut oil to plus I put on my skin when I'm done in the shower while my skin is still wet. My skin is amazing. My dermatologist even said that for a woman of 69 I have fabulous skin and I believe it's from the coconut oil 👍❤

Girl, I had to switch to a 2 year reading plan, this was after 3 years of trying the Bible in a year 😅....it felt rushed and I needed to spend more time reflecting and leaning into some things as well as just life being crazy lol. Give yourself grave but don't drop the ball (book)🥰

I enjoyed every minute of this video Shakayla. I think it is important to go on a wellness and spiritual journey. There are so many benefits to it. I'm learning that is 100% OK to take care of "you" and to mature spiritually. I was today years old when I discovered oil pulling. Coconut oil is now in my shopping cart. You have to be true to your teeth or they will be false to you. LMBO Thanks, Shakayla!!
Yess!! I agree. The spiritual journey I'm on now has brought me so much peace. I've always had a problem with trying to figure things out on my own and trying to move mountains on my own to make them happen, but with this new journey and trusting God more, I've felt so much peace and joy just giving all of my worries to him and knowing he has everything lined up to work in my favor.

I like how your flower arrangement turned out. I decided over this past weekend to buy a bouquet of flowers for myself. I made a few mini bouquet and set the flowers around the house. I almost never get flowers for myself and it was a lovely treat. I really loved how my flowers brighten a corner here and there in my house. Great video
Yess! I love having fresh flowers. I previously did a monthly flower subscription and loved it. It was a great surprise at the beginning of the month and I also wrote myself a personal note each month. I only stopped because I wanted to pick out the flowers myself.
I to like having fresh flowers around my house. I to like picking my own bunch of flowers, it's a personal choice and it's also a nice way to give yourself a moment of giving yourself a gift.

I tried Oil pulling and I will say if you have any decay around your teeth, it may cause issues. Part of my filling fell out and I ended up having to get a root canal. It was metal filling. I think I already might have had issues with that tooth that came to light when I did the oil pulling. I've heard other people talking about they pretty much did oil pulling and most of their metal filling fell out. I make raw wraps, crackers and bread out of my carrot pulp in the dehydrator. I've made muffins out of the carrot and apple pulp.

Putting oil around your cuticle, when you have on faux nails will make them lift and fall off quicker.. to make mine they stay on longer, do your cuticles hours before applying the nail. 1st you have to cut the cuticle, file the your nails, DO NOT USE A NAIL BLOCK, it will make the nail bed too smooth, once your file the nail, you have to dehydrate the nail with alcohol or nail dehydrator liquid. 2nd when you put your nails on, you DO NOT press on the nail bed, you press down from the free edge of the nail, at the tip, this will STOP on the air bubbles. And please, you have to count😂 to at lease 20 seconds on each nail, that will make the nail last longer and ENSURE that the glue is dry, and the glue that comes with the faux nails doesnt work, it is designed to be weak so that the nails will fall off and you have to buy more faux nails😂.. use the glue on Amazon, in lavender box, my nails dont lift and they last for almost a month... 💜.. sorry for this long message..🤦♀️
