    100% agree with your comments about working with the guys at Amp. They are fantastic to work with. They respond quickly. Couldn't be happier with their products and support. I would like to have a Mark II DB but my Mark II is easy enough to use and I have a sheet with all of the Aztec codes. The DB sure looks nice though

      You can affford a drill and a blow torch. Better than not annealing at all and the vast majority of us likely can’t shoot the difference.

      @@Snailz5 I've done it that way. This machine just makes it so much easier and way more consistent, and we all know consistency is king when it comes to reloading and shooting. 👍🏻
      ETA: Plus sometimes you just want to plug and go.

    • @Snailz5
      @Snailz5 Месяц назад

      @@JamesS.254 I get it, but the machines cost about as much a barrel and its limetime's worth of components. I think a lot of people would be better served going that route than buying another gizmo. That sort of consistency likely only comes into play when you're at the skill level that you're placing highly in big matches. The lowest hole in the bucket for most shooters is their shooting, not their reloads.

      @@Snailz5 Machines are not always about finished product being better. For someone like me it's about the simplicity of use, time spent and consistency.
      Simply put it makes the job easier and if I had the money I would buy one, not because I need it, but because I want it.

    Still running a Mk1 and really haven't found a need to change. Great product. I don't doubt the ugrades are an improvement but not enough to warrant the cost.

    • @FClassJohn

      Yes, all you need to do is update the firmware on the machine and then enable that setting in the menu. I would email AMP if you have problems, they're great to work with.

      Why? You can load two, three at a time, then sit back and watch it work through the hopper while eating a sandwich. One thing I haven't minded blowing some bucks on is the Henderson trimmer. I hate trimming and that baby makes it fast and easy.

    How many can you do in one setting? 100, 200, ...... thanks r/ - Also do you know how much power it uses?

      @FClassJohn  Месяц назад

      I'm not sure there's a limit honestly and I've never torture tested on. I've done up to 1000 but typically only do about 300-500 at a time. It has a great cooling system built in to ensure it stays operation.
