Well, just had a first time jungler playing with Aprho and never showed up for a gank. So I asked kindly and he joine solo lane like a support and did not leave. After this behaviour I checked and he was a first time jgl ... vs 60+ plays jungler in the enemy team. So matchmaking is not existent right now.
What I really wonder is why duel ranked not coming yet to free to play!
