I was worried by the dragons' low attack stat compared to Magallan's drones on S3, but I'm happy to see that the power and frequency of her skill activations, along with the arts damage, more than make up for it. Is S1 worthwhile as well, or would S3 always be preferred?
There is a very good reason to use s1, and that reason is summon cost (with module s1 summons cost 9 while s3 summons cost 18). Assuming that's not an issue, s3 is strictly superior.
Her S2 mechanics are so smooth. Finally, won't have to count seconds or juggle trying to get all 3 drones back out. Ling S2 and Magallan S3 on the same stage could be very interesting. Ling's S2 isn't as much of a DP hog and Mag has a free slot for 1st drone. Leaves space for 1 DP printer.

S3 lets you fuse those dragons into really bulky and powerful monsters, but it's on melee tiles and the skill eats deployment slots like nothing else. S3 taking all the deployment slots is why the skill still needs a bit of brain. S2 is super fun, Ling's ranged option that's comparable to Magallan S3. The vid shows how S2 is used, and if you want the ability to make a bunch of casters, S2's great. The meta loves S3 because those dragons are so bulky and powerful, but S2 is so fun
Not really. She comes with some pretty significant draw backs that prevent her from being OP. She's on the level of Magellan, she's powerful in the right circumstances and if you know how to use her, but not overwhelming. She's pretty balanced.
Summoners are inherently broken on the right user, even Deepcolor after her module. That said tho, the amount of brainpower needed to squeeze out their potential is quite high, best you can do is do trial and error on a particular stage to be able to do a Solo Clear.
