this board even boots 2x16 8000 c38, but it's down to the cpu if it gets stable. my 9950x can even run 8200 c38 2x24 on this board, sadly the 9800x3d just reboots after running karhu on 8000 for like 5 min, even tho its throwing 0 errors. btw, my HWinfo has the memory temp sensors going. must be something other than the board.

ProcODT depends on the motherboard and memory kit. There isn't a universal correct value for it. EXPO generally seems to set it correctly for the kit being used.

Sorry for spam, but I need your help, guys. I need help with stability issues. So a few months ago, i built a new PC. 7800x3d 4070 Super 2x16 Kingston fury beast 6000mhz 30 36 36 asus tuf gaming b650 gaming plus wifi I have these stability issues that appear only when I cold boot the system. after boot, if do normal things like watching video, it'ss okay. but if I play demanding games, it starts to stutter or i experience sound Cut offs, sometimes my games that want to be updated in steam says Disk error! the only way it gets fixed is that i go inside game, experience the stutter, and then restart PC! it gets fixed. if i don't restart, the stutters become worse, and it goes to BSOD. I have tried manual ram timings, disabling Expo. disabling PBO, disabling fast boot , disabling memory restore context, reinstalling windows, changing my ram sticks, and nothing has worked. i still have the same issue after cold boot and sleep, and if i don't restart 1 or 2 times, the problem lingers.
It'd be nice if they sent me that kit too. Nobody in NZ stocks it. Not the EXPO one at least. Bugger. Not keen to import PC parts in case I have to return them. Our chain like Micor Center is calleed PB tech. The fastest EXPO kits they have is Corsair Vengence 6400. Meh. Maybe they can get it in for me. It's good to know this kit works. Cheers. My mobo is a X870 Aorus. Not X870E. Should be okay. 7200 might be safer though. CPU is a 9950X, so I dunno if the controller is as good as the 9800X3D.
