You would have to get heavy spec rear ends that would be the hardest part then you would need to upgrade the suspension. I have a truck I might be trying to swap heavy spec suspension onto it
@@MakeMoneyTrucking oh OK can't wait to see the vid on that in the future you hit on alot of things I didn't think about with buying a truck, I'm a company driver at the moment but in January I plan on getting my own and from the banking tips to engine specs I like the Info you share
@@MakeMoneyTrucking ok thank you. When I go out there I’m going to be buying a glider if I find one for a good price. The majority of the gliders on truck paper are columbias and cascadias, could those handle heavy haul?
@@paladin3116 your going to want to look for 46k rear ends and 46k suspension and high horsepower preferably over 500hp 550hp is ideal. Columbia's don't hold up as well but it will do the job
What's the front and rear axle weight of your newer truck
2015 coronado 13k fronts 46k rears
2016 glider 12k fronts 40k rears
Is there a way to make the truck better to handle heavy spec like the blue truck

What would you look for in a truck for offroad driving on dirt roads? I’m going to the Texas oilfields in a couple years and it’s a lot of dirt roads.
I would buy a heavier spec truck like a coronado sd122 or a western star or a t800 kwnworth those are all pretty tough trucks

I saw your truck for sale ???
Is this heavy spec or regular?
@@sunnysandhu6486 regular
Sounds “for sale” to me? I’ve never seen a Freightliner that liked going off road. With the market the way it is, you’ll have no problem selling it.
Ya outside of my coronado sd122's your right. My century did ok just rattled like a mother inside but held up chassis wise fine
Put extra axle
I want learn truck driving
That's great 👍
