Crime happens everywhere so no one is promoting anything. This video is just making everyone aware that such things happen and one should always be alert when you see or hear suspicious activity. Just one thing bothers me is that no one tried to stop the thief , if it was me there, I would at least extend my leg out and trip that guy. Maybe the people were confused or something.
