So, Tal Rasha's stacks all types of elemental dmg -- not just those that can be inherently cast by a sorc? If so, why not use Lightning Spear? Great build and I appreciate your notes on the build guide. Thanks!
Teleport covers lightning damage stack for tal rasha. It was used for vulnerable applications (and maybe stun) but looks like a giant frost nova would do the trick hahahaha
Hi. please tell me, because Glass Cannon 's skills work differently now. she now increases damage only for the lack of defensive skills on the panel. is this one needed anyway, or is it possible to spend points on something else?
Does putting glacial aspect on staff do more damage than on an amulet with wand/dagger and offhand? Being able to temper ice spike damage on both the wand/dagger and offhand seems like it would add more damage than just the staff, plus the extra affixes you get.
From what I could see, the best will be Blizzard, I see it very broken with the damage scaling that it has with intelligence and attack speed and with the unique ring of the stars and that now the mastery skills are core, etc. I see that it will be the best by far.
@@thianhw6611I don’t know exactly. The damage didn’t feel there without the crazy amount of ranks. Also even with all the DR in the world I was getting nuked

Does int boost the ice spikes? The hint says that it boost SKILL damage, but spikes is not a skill
it does. spikes are a weird quasi skill/not skill

staff gets double value aspect and double value tempers
