unfort blizzard is the best non firebolt bossing build we have. But actually you can look into using the shock skills CL, BL, or CB with andariels and take vulnerable or close damage tempers to scale it. andariels can carry. you can try it on blizzard, but it doesn't synergize well because you take ice spike dmg tempers on blizzard

try it with andariels. CB procs it really well

Tbh blizzard doesn’t need Ubers. It’s the least reliant on them out of any build because of its aspect not using skill ranks. You can achieve Similiar damage to starless with a Godslayer helmet and with conceited or storm swell ring with attack speed int and crit dmg or max life

@@Lurkin17 i know it doesn't "need" ubers. I reconstructed the build as good as i could but my numbers are still not like his.. unlucky

Basically whatever damage we are dealing now, double it (maybe even more after the unique changes yet released)

Splinter might be really good with spark. Arc lash verathiel, ball lightning doesn’t have a unique really but it should be ok. CL should be good if the pants do what they’re supposed to. CB is looking B+/A- tier

No the formula is suspected to be changing from 1 + Int/1000 to 1+ Int/800. The increase is different at different Int levels. It’s about 16.7% average

@@Lurkin17 ah gotcha, your int goes 25% farther now but relative to the whole equation it varies. ~13% more power in the low 1000s of INT range. This is probably good because Sorc leveling felt pretty solid it just kinda fell off a cliff when trying to scale at endgame. Saddest moment of S4 was going into Uber Lilith with my 100 Incinerate and not being able to kill the first blood blister.

​​@@chuudotgaming5685 it's a huge shame that nobody has the triple Digit minimum IQ to understand that 2 of their weapons are 2handed at all time which makes them equal to 4 normal weapons. In other words they have 3x as much as all other classes and 33,3% more than rogue

@@chuudotgaming5685he means 6 equivalent one hand weapons, 2 double - 2 one handed, while sorc only 2 one handed or 1 double.

going to be able to reach farming 101s with much lower gear reqs

yeah pit scales so hard wont affect the high end too much maybe 6-10 tiers per build, but the real buff is just the ease of entry into pits and reaching the 101 farms faster. just overall will be nicer to play
