- This is one of the part from Hyderabad to Meghalaya journey, in this video we will share our experience driving through Jharkhand and Bihar to reach Siliguri
5:26 Happens to me all the time 😁😁😁
my sincere suggestion is, after u selected a route in google maps, first do the preview and check for the positions, whether it has taken SH or NH or village roads, and check for any road blocks....and then proceed....simply dont follow it....and if u hv opted for shortcut in google maps settings, then un mark it...google don't know whether to select village road, or SH or NH....always be cautious bro....
river name is GANGA..Makhajan bridge
Welcome to bangal we have the weirdest roads we have even weirder people and the traffic is the worst
Welcome to Bhagalpur Bihar
If you could have taken Assam road passing through malda, dalkola, Kishanganj.. so you pass through West Bengal and Bihar.. then you reach Siliguri
Kishanganj is the border city of west bengal and bihar.
Get the car to detailing store they will do the needful
The R in siliguri is pronounced with a hard r. Like the pronounciation for Vijaywada. The d is closer to r. But sounds hard.
thats why I bought white Tata Safari. It looks less dirty and low visibility of scratches. Most importantly, white is 50% more visible then black colors to other drivers and keep things much safer
@raghu Rallabandi - Have you faced any problem while applying breaks during panic situation where you had to apply immediate breaks. I see some review where it takes 60 -100 feets away from the point where you apply the brake. I understand that there is no power at rear wheels so disc breaks is not present in rear wheels. But Safari also works in front 2 wheel drive but they have given disc breaks rear and front wheels which is confusing me . Why not harrier has disc breaks too.
You shouldn't have taken that durgapur expressway. There is an Assam road. So the road on which you started part1 vlog that was Delhi road. After Delhi road you need to take Assam road which is a single lane road but condition is good. And you don't need to take durgapur expressway and pass through Jharkhand. You just pass through Bihar and enter Siliguri
Before starting any journey, just download the maps which can work in offline also
Hii.. So far how many kms are done with your harrier.. If possible post long time review with harrier.. How's ac and other things functioning.. Quality of service..
Bhai aap higway p hi ho...
sad conditions of roads in bihar … and people call it a developed state. south comparatively has an amazing infrastructure ......
Lol, who call bihar a developed state?
You have successfully taken the oddest possible route from Kolkata to Siliguri.
You guys have taken the longest route to Siliguri. There is a road through Farakka in west bengal itself which is the quickest road. Anyway good to see that you guys finally reached
Ye baat bilkul sahi kaha apne sbse jayada scorpio bihar me kharidte h....yahan yhi gaadi more demandable h...
Different between the city name both the name re the same of one city 😆 it's the Bengali people call as Siligudi
Every travel gives you a lesson to enjoy your life most. That's what I know.
I am from Siliguri, and have done Kol-Siliguri several times. But have never encountered the roads that you have taken..!!
Nicely covered 👍🏻👍🏻. One thing i want to suggest you that from Hyderabad to Northeast use route towards Nagpur-Katni-Varanasi-Arrah- Via Muzaffarpur-east west corridor highway just a difference of 20 kms more only but Roads are good and it takes less time than this Road. Try this road once
That was Vikramshila Setu on Ganga... I think 6th largest in India
18:20 The bridge is vikramshila setu which is located in Bhagalpur, Bihar ....the river is the ganges.
Hi Raghu, you have taken the Burdwan-Asansol-Dumka-Bhagalpur route. Generally, people try to avoid this stretch due to notorious road condition & diversions. Generally, people from Kolkata prefer the Burdwan-Moregram-Malda-Raiganj-Dalkhola route. Try taking that route next time, will save you time....
I don't think you can reach Siliguri from Kolkata via Moregram and Malda in 12.5 hours ... Or even within 14 hours.
Absolutely
This road is pathetic.... better to go through bihar...
I covered both routes on bike from Kolkata to siliguri via malda and on our return journey we took purnea, islampur kharagpur route
You Big mistake bro not go through malda... Malda is Mango city . Historical value is so high. Once malda is the capital of west bengal
this was good.
Bhai Ji, PPF krwa lo
Black vehicle loge to aise chhote mote 1000 scratches lagte hi rahenge don't mind that.
See if you have checked the option to "skip tolls". I on a recent trip had accidentally enabled skip tolls and it sent me on the worst possible route to the location. While coming back I disabled it and came through some really nice roads.
Mahindra is not concentrating on Bihar but Bihar is concentrating more on scorpios and boleros.😂
I think the night vision is fine in harrier.
Very nice to experience your journey. Sorry brother "Misthanno mean rice with milk we call it payes
for siliguri its not Da and its not ra. its adha/ardha which is impossible to write in English
Hi Raghu,
You definitely seems to have taken wrong route, as to there are many Volvo multi axle buses ply between Kolkata - Siliguri. They would have not taken this route.
Best option is to check with Truck drivers or Fuel stations.
Also make sure your Google has Tolls checked as yes.
Nice V-log
You should have taken NH 34 brother. I have tried both the routes from Kolkata to siliguri. Trust me even if it takes an hour or two more via NH34 you will have complete peace of mind and security specially when travelling with family.
You have taken the extended route.
The road condition in West Bengal towards siliguri is pathetic...
This was the worst route to Siliguri from kolkata via Bihar & Jharkhand that you have taken. You could have easily gone through the Durgapur expressway or via Krishnanagar - Baharampur & then to Farakka. You should be very careful avoiding these kind of roads while doing a roadtrip with family. Thankfully, you were safe.
Why you took this road? You could've taken NH2, SH 7 and then NH34 from Moregram to go to Siliguri. SH 7 may in bad shape near moregram but that even is a lot better compared to what you've taken.
Siliguri is the right name and it should be pronounced as Siliguri. Not Siligudi..... Hope u r clear.
South roads are far better than any part of the country.
"Mrishtanna Bhandaramu" in Telugu translates to Repository of Scrumptuous Meal, though repository is not the right word. The same meaning works all over India. It is Sanskrit.
6:05 never rub the dirt like that. it will result in more scratches man. Always clean the dirt by splashing water on it first dn clean.
U have taken the wrong road
paint quality of TATA Harrier is worst
I have plans to return to delhi by my car from Assam, which I'm going to purchase very soon. But now seeing the roads in bihar am scared, really scared. So narrow roads..
You can use golden quadrilateral route that's far better.
Road contractors are busy buying Scorpios 😂
Ridhan is sooo energetic......and cute 🥰🥰🥰🥰😊😊😊😊😊
Bhai hindi bhe bola kariya...
What u do for living?
Hey bro why are you discouraging you child , it is nice to include your child in the conversation. We don’t mind listening to children as well
poverty is visible
What was The best milage u got in harrier
24kmpl
Have a safe journey bro. I still really don't understand why indian gov is not able to complete good roads after 70 years
One ques: I have heard from reviewers that Harrier ride very well on bad roads, but I heard lots of rattles in your car over "not so bad" roads. Has the suspension performance declined drastically?
Please advise about dash board camera, I want to buy it for my harrier
Even Chhattisgarh is pronounced in a different way
As you said about Siliguri being pronounced as Siligudi (21:00), one such thing I have heard from my UP friend is pronouncing Gurgaon as Gudgaon. It is like few of my telugu friends pronouncing Satyam as Sachyam. Each state has their own special phonetics. Btw I enjoyed your video thoroughly
Bilkul Scorpio or bolero Bihar se hi Accha sell kr lete h
Hope you reached home safely ... Tried watching this video many times but couldn't .... Don't know the actual reason but everytime it shows Private video deleted .... Anyway at last i got to see your journey back home....
Would love to take long journey on road.... 👍👍👍👍
Bro your vlog and journey was too good just add some land scape videos in this journey to make it awesome 🤩
When you buy a new car get a teflon treatment
You will find a lot of Swift and scorpio in bihar. And both are useless cars according to safety.
Buddy trust me you went in a better road. The Kishanganj route or Durgapur route would have killed the mood completely. And as far as the language, it’s like phonetics man can’t help. English is a funny language and Bengalis are amazing artists of it. I have a wife from kharagpur and I know the fun you’re having 😂😂😂😂. Even when you go down south right Alapuzha or the so-called alleppy is pronounced some what like Alapura, so the zh for them is r. Asalu teluganta teeyani bhasha ledayya. Nenu kadu ganthasala kuda chepparu
Bro, Kishanganj route has improved a lot. I went through that last year itself.
@@sauravdagaSDaga1984 I should definitely plan a trip then. Thanks for sharing bud
You need not take any diversion after Burdwan. You might have taken a wrong turn somewhere
Really fun series.
You will have a million subscribers soon. Fingers crossed
Please take the Maldah route when travelling with family.
You'll get a variety of restaurants and no adventurous diversions.
Completely wrong route, man!
This shows how the eastern states have been neglected highways are evidence for negligence.
Yes man. Otherwise it's very straightforward. Kolkata-Haldia-Maldah-Kishanganj and Siliguri..!!
Never buy black
