I'm getting ready to pull the trigger. I wanted to ask. If I use an ET15000 for HTV transfers (with pigment ink) can I also use that same printer set-up to do screen print transparencies? I have my fingers crossed. Sorry if this is a dumb no brainer question.
How much pressure in your push strokes ?? should it bleed all the way thru the front layer of T? All the way seeping into cotton weaves? dont you put wax/newspaper to prevent bleed to back layer of T when you do ur curing process? Thanks helpful video!!
I know it's a bit late but a good one, a Riley Hopkins Jr. can be had for $500. There are many floating around ebay and amazon that are cheaper brands from china, some have good luck, some don't and they can be found for a few hundred.
I printed shirts for myself, and after 6 years the ink still in the fabric, however, you can tell the ink is breaking down like there is cracks.. I used the shirts mostly for work. 6 years, that is good enough.
for what? this was all manually done with physical tools. If you want to set up an image in order to burn it onto a screen you're going to need a program like GIMP or Photoshop.

I would like to know the 4 color 1 station press. Is that Ranar make? Also, is the heat gun hot enough to cure plastisol ink ?
Would really like to see the steps that went into creating the screen itself. Otherwise a good demo.
I would love to see how you adjust your screen level, and discuss what common problems occur and how to troubleshoot!

What is the mesh count for this printing with plastisol ink?
I like that design
¿What size is the cross?
very good and nice print...
Do you only use your heat gun for final cure? I'm trying to figure out if that's all you will need or get a high temp IR flash dryer.
James Kastner his print will wash out immediately, get a flash.
Heat gun does 600 celsius.
Plastisol ink cure is 270 celsius.
Dont think that heat gun is a problem.
Also helps to heat cure the ink so it does not wash off the shirt.
do you just need a heat gun to dry your pastisol ink? and what other ink can be used?
how to clean screen after printing?
Excellently done.
What type of ink are you using?
Water based or Plastisol
so at 1:30, he says it.
Nice video, where do you buy your t-shirts I'm doing a project for my church. Thanks
so all u have to do with this ink is use a heat gun?
What adhesive did you use to make it stick?
CH MA 3M makes a good adhesive that sells at Walmart in the craft section. I use it all the time.
I'm having trouble with my ink bleeding through my shirts what AM I doing wrong?
Have covered the corners of the screen? that is always recomnded. Dont forget to cover the registration marks too.

How longs does that ink last on shirts?

Nice
He says you don't need to flood the screen with plastisol.
THEN FLOODS THE SCREEN TWICE. hella mixed signals.
What software do I need?
