On PC to get it early you need to download netmarble Launcher and then VPN to canada then reopen the netmarble launcher and solo leveling should be there :)

I am actually thinking of going for a couple of rank 4 precision gems once they start dropping so I can keep 100% strength with ability points. I might even go with like 5 or 6 precision gems eventually. SJW doesnt need alot of extra precision with A5+ weapons and a lot of my hunters are already over 180% crit dmg and dimishing returns is definitely a thing there. They could do with abit more precision I guess since gems precision will apply to everyone.

I've never had a benefit from the full strength build, my power is higher from distribution of points across all stats?
The full strength isn't good even in the manhwa jinwoo was doing a balance in the stats

Theres no point in saving the fragments
Actually there is. Once the new job change comes out next week, a new skill will come out. If you use your fragments right afterwards, you increase your chances of getting the new skill of each element. Also if you don’t really need any other “useful” skills for the time being besides possible legendary then it’s better to wait.
At the end of the day, it’s all about preference and patience. I’ve been saving up a ton of fragments since middle of June. I’ve gotten super lucky in getting epic rune for the useful skills that I utilize for my gameplay. I tried going for legendary 8 times for the fusion attempt and failed all 8 times. I might as well wait for the new skill and see what it’s like.
P.S. if you save your rune boxes, the game will update those boxes with the new skill as well. Therefore increasing your chances at getting the new skill. Sorry for the long reply 😅. Happy hunting.
