Every 5 years we get to see a different show with the highest talent of professional singers and dancers that captures the true spirit of Okinawa. It is a must to see The Uchinanchu Festival in person. Natsukawa Rimi was outstanding. I saw Rimi-san perform in Washington DC and again in Okinawa - at two remarkable events. I bought her CD in Okinawa as a part of our families visit and memories. Just amazing talent! Gary Williams Washington DC.
My aunty and uncle went to this festival with the Hawaii United Okinawan Association. According to them, it was a spectacular festival.
