    Thanks for the video. 😃👍
    I just bought one and was waiting to see you connect the cross pole to the tent (or whatever you call it!) at the ends, but it never happened!
    I also thought you'd pan round the inside, showing the pockets etc. and also the awning option, but overall a good video and I hope you will enjoy the tent.
    I haven't used mine yet but am looking forward to it. 🤗

      Thank you for the feedback. I will do better on the next one. On the cross pole on the top, biggest thing is to be sure that it goes over the top of the other poles. Mine did not have the awning option, that is a newer addition on the Big Agnes tents. I have a 1p that has that option but my 3p does not. There are some great add ons for the interior that will make it even more useful

    Did you not attach the groundsheet to the inner/fly using the grommets? Is that how you're supposed to do it? Does the ground sheet stay loose?

      Sorry for not replying sooner. When I set it up the way I have in the video I don’t bother clipping the footprint to anything because I have the fly clipped into the tent. If you stake the footprint out then it is secure under the tent. You can stick the end of the tent pole in the grommet on the footprint but it doesn’t hold it perfectly.

    So I went with the same exact tent. But MSR does come pretty close. Nemo is scratching the similar itch, but I still chose BA

      I hope that you like it as much as I do. This is ideal for 2 people. I love it!

      @@awakemyoutdoorsoul thanks man, your video was great! With these backpacking tents it’s usually safe to take a person off what they claim it holds haha. When they say 1 person it basically just means your gear lol.

    so the tent isn’t fully taunt until it’s staked out right?

    • @awakemyoutdoorsoul
      @awakemyoutdoorsoul  Месяц назад +1

      I would say no. However because it’s a free-standing tent it does hold shape without being staked into the ground. This allows you to move the tent around as needed
