I think the kalours are more wax based so they are going to be more pigmented I have the 240 set . And the brutfuner sets are more oil based so they need more layers I have the square set. By the way your video about the different Crayola sets made me realize that I only need the 150 instead of the 120 set also thanks.
White labeling doesn't mean you sell the exact same product. A lot of the time, companies will mix and match from a certain set of features, tweak recipes, etc when working with a white labeler. James Hoffman just did a great video showing a white label coffee roaster in the UK.
The predictability rating mrans little to me. Once i get my pencils i seatch them and refer to that to pick colours i want. I never look at the names of the colours. Maybe i should sounds like some would be a laugh. That said i did notice once a ohuhu markers being way off on colour name to colour produced
I look for the color name to give me an idea what the color is going to be. It's the closest thing colored pencils have to industry standards for colors. In that category, I also list that the barrel color is close to the swatch color. That helps me when I am deep into a project and my pencils are in a crazy mess all over my desk. And yes, swatching is super important. That is the whole reason behind my Etsy Shop. I have never really tried markers. I am curious to try them. Any suggestions on where to start with them?
