Would love a video comparing your favourite coloured pencil brands & how they feel/apply to paper, techniques you use and yeah just whats the best - your go to
I would never judge. The most important thing is that you are happy with the hobby and that you enjoy it. 💕🙂 I was overwhelmed with too many sets and gave them all away. BUT... I did enjoy trying them out. 😂 I've owned two sets for some time now and I'm totally happy with them. Pablos and Polys. However, I'm pretty sure I would have Prismas if they weren't so incredibly expensive here.( and I can't buy them individually in any store here) Greetings from Germany 🙂
How do you store all your pencils? Do you have a trolley? Would love a room tour of all your colouring books/pencils/stationary and how you store them (If you haven't done one already)
I absolutely love it 💅🏾I've definitely fallen into the color pencil and adult coloring rabbit hole😂 I have around 15-16 sets of colored pencils and there are still some that I'm trying to put on my Christmas list😂 I now have a small shelf with just pencil cases and markers😂😂
You are on the road too moving from avid colourist to colouring pencil collector. I have collected all the sets of mainstream pencils and am now collecting the rare and hard to source outliers. It is an obsession, and there is nothing wrong with that (28 full sets and counting). 😊The one thing I would recommend is the full 100 set of the Derwent lightfast, they are hands down the best of all the
So many pencils! I'm so envious. I only have 5 Brands to choose from lol. But maybe thats good, i'd probably get confused or distracted if i had that many
@@winter89_colours it did get that way at first 😅 but once you get comfortable with each set of pencils and know how they work the confusion goes away… But 5 brands is definitely a good and solid amount of pencils to have and so much better for storage lol!
A person with the same addiction to pencils as me lol I have yet to get an set that cost more than my prismas Maybe cause I love prismas so much I buy a new set of them instead of getting a different brand which is silly because as you pointed out you can replace individual pencils. I have the blocks of prismas which they do not sell anymore, the thinner lead, the scholors, the water colors, the drawing oencils, erasers and sharpener on and some of the markers lol I started with a 72 back and fun fact was annoyed at my parents (a little spoiled at the time) getting me that ser. I wanted a set of derwent. I got those derwent and still have them (early 90s) barely used. Then I got the new biggest set 96. Then I got the newest biggest set the 120 I skipped the next new biggest set 132. So far I have purchased 2 sets of the 150 lol. Fyi so your viewers will know ... you called prismas oil based... they are more wax based 🙂. Polychromos are oil based
@@zannido3125 oh I love your pencil journey lol!!! Prisma color is a solid brand 👍 Thanks for letting me know about the prismas being wax based won’t say that mistake now 👍
Hi Mona love watching you I am the same with my pencils also love them to bits could you please tell me we’re you bought your lovely pencil case would like to purchase one thanks ☕️🌹🌹🙋🏻♀️
We can never have enough colored pencils. Some sets have different colors, others work well with different paper or they activate better with solvents or blender pens. Others are just great to draw with and then others I just wanted to experience them to understand why others enjoy them.
Any colored pencils on your wishlist that you don't own? I'm hoping to get the faber castel black brand. I've been waiting for them to go on sale for months.
@@JodyMoments that’s right they all work differently 👍 Ooooh my list is Derwent chromaflow…. Kohinoor tri color pencils and the full set of lightfast Derwent 😂🤦♀️🤦♀️
@@MONA_1105 Nice! I only have 72 set of Chromaflow, and they arent like any pencil I own so I'd love to get the 150 set one day. I'd suggest them to others for sure. I have heard lovely things about the Kohinoor tri color pencils.
Really enjoyed looking through your collection with you 🤗

Natural, positive, and true to yourself and sincere....Thank You ! You're not the only one that likes to smell pencils, so do I.
@@MargieIslandArt oh good I’m glad I’m not the only one who likes the smell of pencils 🤪
I hate to correct, however, the Prizma pencils are a wax based pencil where Caren d’ache are an oil based pencil.
@@KBish thanks 👍😊 I knew I got it mixed up lol!!
Caran D’Ache does not make any oil pencils. They only have wax pencils.
