My Dad hates the screen brightness being too low.
This one time he came over to me and said: “Is your screen so dark because you want to save the silly battery?!!?
And I was like “No... I’m playing a game and it’s dark.” -which I actually was

But my mom does the opposite:she turns the brightness all the way down, in the evening I can barely see the screen.

Fun fact if you want to use your phone longer and it reaches zero just wait a little while, the. Turn it on from the long switch, it will have a bit more charge left, just make sure you plug it in when it reaches its 5% battery!

For me its not like that on my tablet on most Huawei phones and tablets when they get to 2% it shuts down in 30 seconds it will tell you a message

apple has something called optimised charging, it learns your daily routine and when it knows you don't need it for a while while charging it stops charging at 80% but will be 100% when you need it

I use time when charging any device. Most of the time 3h is more than enough for any device.... and when time expire electricity is turned off. 👍

When 1% lasts longer than 100%
Nothing like this on my devices... My Lenovo tablet, for instance, has a 0% option and it gives you 30 seconds (age makes the shutdown almost instant) to find a charger. And my phone slows down the discharging in the 1-15% range but 1% is never longer than 5% to 4% or 11%-10%; finally on my older phone which has a damaged battery from overdischarging (2 yrs locked in a drawer at 0%) but still works, one short browsing session kills 45%, and also that is the only phone I am aware of, that can drain >10% battery on a locked screen overnight. I rarely let it below 20% since it will just die and 1% will last less than a minute but 1% is never longer than anything else.
I bought the Anker power-core 10000 power bank and I never leave home without it fully charged and ready to go. My motto is if I don’t think I need it I might want to take it just in case because you never know what will happen while your away from an outlet.

I need a reason to why my phone heats up when I leave it to charge in a hot weather, some will say "because of the weather duh" (especially that I'm egyptian) but no I believe that the battery is the reason, and I need answers fast before my battery explodes one day and also it doesn't always heat up only sometimes.
