Keeping a lithium ion battery at a 100% all the time does not make your battery ‘tired’ it’s actually preferred that you charge it up all the way so that you can prevent the battery from dying which is worse than charging it to a 100%.

I like these tips except for the fact that Lithium ‘has memory’ which should not have any. It does not matter whether you charger it at 50% and unplug it at 80% and plug it again for recharging. The only harm with lithium is draining it to zero and maintaining it to 100 (like what is discussed in the video). And also, for Apple users, iPhone’s software is designed to stop electric power to run to the phone when it reaches 100% so it is okay to charge it overnight, the bad side is the socket and other electrical stuff that might cause fire and other hazard.
