Your work is just incredible! Though I just discovered your RUclips channel today, I've admired the Pokemon you've made in your Etsy shop for a while now :) I'm a very shy person too and found it hard to share my art doll creations at first, especially my family (it's much easier to share with strangers lol). The reception from everyone though has been so uplifting and drives me to create more. Push your shyness aside and keep sharing and creating please! You've got an amazing talent and I'm looking forward to seeing more of your work!
You have the sweetest voice and I could listen to you all day. You're like the art doll Mary Poppins. I just made my first art doll and your videos helped me so much!
You're an absolute delight; your videos are so genuine and helpful, and I'm so glad that you've made them despite the shyness. I'd love to see more of you and your beautiful dolls!
I would love to see a tutorial on sculpting the face and paws of these beautiful animals....plus tutorials showing one of these animals from start to finish....I love styvion and volpex.... beautiful work
I am going to try to make an art horse doll for my sister for her birthday but I haven’t seen anyone showing in detail how to make horse ears, mane and tail and hooves. I love the Pokemon you made and thanks for sharing. I got the horse skeleton done and thank you for showing how to make one out of wire and it turned out great for the first try😊
Aww thanks. I usually buy my fur online. Craft stores often have inconsistent or poor quality selections. My favourite store is Mohair Bear Making Supplies but there are plenty of others out there. Note: avoid anything laballed "fun fur" as that is the cheap, bad quality stuff. Spend a little extra and get something that feels nice. You will have a much better result.
torielric I made a fox-inspired art doll and for the ears I made the wire in the shape of the ears so that you couldn’t see it. For the ears themselves I sewed them so that there would be no frayed bits and It formed a sort of pocket. Then I slipped the pocket over the wire and sewed the wire close to the outside so you didn’t see the outline of it through the fur. Sorry if this is confusing but I hope it helped :)
I love how you go step by step, much more helpful than some of the other art doll animal tutorials iv seen. You mentioned what kind of wire you used, but I didn't quite catch the actual name of it? Thanks
Thanks - I do plan on doing some time lapses too, but knowing what the creator is doing always helps. And it's regular aluminium wire, quite thick and sturdy but flexible. It's this stuff: www.oasisfloral.co.uk/aluminium-wire-2mm-x-100g-9462.html
I LOVE your videos and beautiful art dolls!!! I wish I could make anything nearly that good or at least commission something from you, but I’m not that good and I don’t have a lot of money
Just regular old faux fur. The trick is to make sure you get the nice quality ones. Don't buy fun fur - that's the plasticy, sparse, scratchy stuff, it's cheaper and easier to find but feels really nasty. This is the pink I used on Sylveon: www.mohairbearmakingsupplies.co.uk/index.php/fabric-room/faux-fur-fabrics/medium-pile-faux-fur-fabrics/product/baby-pink-25mm-pile

Could you do a tutorial on how to make wings for creatures?
And you have certainly blossomed into a very nice teacher for a shy person.

I'm planning on making a fox art doll, but I want the ears to be pose-able. Could I make a sort of triangle out of the wire so it can move and bend?
