    Just gotta say, I have watched a great amount of videos, but you are the first one to actually make me understand and succeed with my pattern, I will be following you for sure ! i know how to knit socks but thats about it, so thank you so so much for taking the time to do it so carefully and explain so well :)

    Great video, but for those of you who need something to reference
    0:52 R1 prep row: Sl salvage, **K1, yo, sl1** rep until last st, P1
    2:30 R2: Sl salvage, **K2tog, yo, sl1** rep until last st, P1
    4:28 R3: Sl salvage, K1, slyo, **K2, slyo** rep to last 3 sts, Slyo, K1, P1
    6:13 R4: Sl salvage. **yo, sl, k2tog** rep until last, P1
    8:04 R5: Sl salvage, **K2, Slyo,** rep until last sts, P1
    Pattern rep is from R2-R5
    Shout out to Hannah K for doing the times, so I didn't have to XD

    I love your videos they are so clear and this stitch pattern is beautiful but complicated because i saw another version much easier called brioche honeycomb and the result is the same

    mine also came out different. it looks like all knit stitches on the front with no alternating height and the back looks more honeycomb shaped in pearl stitches LOL! still, not bad. I'd probably use the honeycomb pearls in something.

    Could you have started how to get where you were when you start the first row? I saw you have already casted onto your second needle but it looks different .

    What brand yarn did you use and what color? I would love to purchase it! Thank you for the wonderful tutorial. I will have to try to view it multiple times and write the instructions down, as I am new to knitting and I depend on written patterns.

      We don't specify the name of yarn because there are so many of them existing all around the world that you might not find the same name on your market. So, we recommend choosing yarn according to its specifications : 55% Cotton, 45% Poly Acryli, 160m/50g, Knitting needles 4 mm.

    It looks like your purl stitch would be twisted. When you purl, do you have to KTBL in the next row to untwist it?

      Hi Debbie, the edge stitch is just a purl stitch with the yarn in front if you're asking about the last stitch. The beginning edge stitch is a slip stitch done purl wise.
