I got a mk4 300 I've been alot faster than 55 mph in it lol. Exhaust pops when you lift off in sport box at approx 3k revs.

Steering wheel mode and starter buttons? Not seen any 2nd hand cars with the buttons. Even the dealer wasn’t clear on how you could spec them. Available on the Formentor but not the Leon it seems, not for UK cars at least. But this video suggests otherwise! Mode button on the wheel essential tbh.
