You have to change the black arm piece that actually moves the blades back and forth. Had the same problem with the surprent. Everything works except for that part of the blade.
Is it possible that the Jucai PRO trimmer blade you put on is not a FX7072, but it is a JUCAI PRO FX707Z? The FX7072 is imposible to find. Can you check it with a magnifier or a macro camera shot?

@@bigez9128 yes ..... didn't use the factory blade..... first I put the babyliss fx707 on clients said it was to sharp.....so then I changed it to the Krazy blade on... a lot smoother.....

No direct fit that i know of. The bracket is different then any other trimmer that i know of so you have to use the original bracket on this trimmer

You could try to lift up on the spring arms with a screwdriver to take a little tension off of them it may help exclamation point
