Waste OTR Tire Side Wall Cutting Machine

This Waste OTR Tire Side Wall Cutting Machine is used to cut the Giant OTR into three pieces, (2 pieces of tire side wall, and one center portion (tire crown)). It is the first and most important machine for waste OTR tire recycling process.
The maximum OTR tire size is 59/80R63, its outer diameter is more than 4 meters, and its with is more than 4.5 tons. For such a big size tires, it’s very difficult for waste tire shredder or super chopper to cut it into small chips.
By Western technology, they use hydraulic shearing machine to cut the waste OTR tires into small sections, then put into shredder for further cutting. It is very slow efficiency, to cut the OTR tire size at 59/80R63 into the section length of 1 meter each, it will take at least half an hour. Even worse, it’s power consumption and shredder blades wearing is unimaginably high.
However, for our Waste OTR tire recycling machine, it takes less than 5 minutes to cut the whole tire off.
