Combined Waste OTR Tire Side Wall Strip and Block Cutter Recycling Machine

This Combined Waste Tire Side Wall Strip and Block Cutter Recycling Machine is used to cut waste OTR tire side walls into rubber chips up to the size of 100×100mm, which can be used as tire derived fuel or fed into waste tire rasper or waste tyre cracker mill or breaker mill for further size reduction.
The whole system is consisting of hydraulic system, tyre side wall holder, waste tire strip cutter, rubber block cutter, unloading conveyor etc. it can cut muti sizes of OTR tires which range from R35 to R63.
The whole system is controlled by remote control panel. The operator is far from the cutting blades, so it is absolutely safe to the operators.
Its production capacity could be 6 to 8 tons per hour.
