- Hotel surveillance video from 2016 appears to show Sean “Diddy” Combs violently attacking, kicking and shoving his former partner Cassie Ventura, who filed a federal lawsuit against the music producer last year. The footage obtained by CNN was released Friday and matches the description of a physical altercation Ventura detailed in her now-settled lawsuit against Combs.
Former NYPD Detective Derrick Parker told NewsNation’s Elizabeth Vargas that this video might speed up an ongoing federal investigation into the rapper.

This same thing happened to me and my long ago ex. This gave me panic attack. I remember my long term ex doing this to me. Something about when they finally go to sleep from being drunk, I felt the same, it was prime time to leave and get safe and here he goes waking up and catching me leaving our suite from vacation. Mind you they’re still drunk in the morning. I feel this is more common than we think it is with women. Either long term boyfriends, husbands in abusive relationships. 😢 I wanted to add my husband is sweet, supportive and patient as pie and I’m happy to have him in my life. Things will get better. You just need the strength to walk away to find an angle.
