1) If any hotel or business is caught being paid off and hiding evidence, they should be held responsible. Any crime (brutally assaulting someone is a crime), should be mandatory that it be reported.
2) How the F**K is there a statute of limitations on an assault like this? No assault should have a statute of limitations. Old out of touch Boomer laws need to be updated.
