Hands down my favorite viper ever to fly. Durable, maneuverable, and extremely amazing fun with a few others in a group.
4s 2200mAh runcam and its amazing with two or three others in combat

Haha, that's awesome! We've also toyed with the idea of flying these in FPV, so it might happen in the future. 🙂 They're such a great platform.

I had one as well and found it a bit wobbly in the air, as soon as it wasn’t dead calm and even then on full throttle it seemed slightly shaky sometimes. Still it flew very well indeed. Actually, I was one of these guys who added a rudder servo and liked the look of coordinated turns better than the steep bank and yanks. I never had a dropped wing on landing, probably because I didn’t pull the elevator. But I did have huge problems with getting it hand launched! It violently dropped a wing on me every second time and screwed into the ground, which was certainly super frustrating. My first launch was at full throttle and an AR630 in SAFE mode to make sure that the electronics would compensate any bad trends quick enough, still crash.
I have seen so many videos of people launching it without any issue regardless whether they launched it straight or at an angle slightly upwards. After breaking the fuselage the 3rd or forth time, I finally gave up on this bird and purchased a Habu 50mm. These wings are way more forgiving and has close to zero stall tendencies. Still the Viper was certainly looking way cooler 😂. Now, with your enthusiasm, you tempted me to give the small Viper another try. Maybe I can get one very cheap one day. Thanks for the nice video!

Actually it’s a nice description. I modified mine with a rudder by putting the 4 gr servo into the fin. It’s great to fly knife edge.

Very nice flying. Great review. 117mph is very impressive. But I am not speed lover ( for being old man 😂😂 ). All I do is as much as stock on everything 😂😂
