This looks so good well done !! I’m looking to do similar but all the walls are plaster board so you think it’s still ok to drill a piece of wood straight on to plaster board ?
Hi! thanks for the excellent video guide. I have made notes. I wanted to know when is a good age for a kid to start climbing on such setup. I ask because my daughter is 26 months and already has a great balance and climbs on my knees to turn on light switches and stuff. I figured it would be good to introduce her to climbing. thanks again
My 2 & 3 year old love theirs. It depends on your child & their autonomy. My kids have been climbing since they could walk. I put a crash pad underneath mine, then worked with them on showing them how to climb the lower pegs; then slowly work their way up.
Wonderful project great video production! What’s missing for me is the type of drill and drill bits you have used for ot
Excellent idea and we may do this in our extra room! Thanks so much!:)
Thank you! It's been so fun! A great indoor activity :)

I've seen these built before and everyone seems to use frames to help support the weight... isn't it dangerous to screw it straight into the studs?
Yeah if you have 9 year olds climbing…. Not dangerous for little kids.
Why would it be dangerous? Studs are sturdy.

You gotta switch to years after 24 months 🤣

How to arrange or pattern for this
I laid the holds out on the floor to visualize them all together before we secured!
How old is the child that should go on this?
