There are definite sparks between Mark & Serena - I initially thought he was the father of her baby, not so but he freed her in a way… until she goes back. Serena is seeing what she helped to create is coming to haunt her in episodes 4 & 5

How come nobody is talking about Rose’s baby possibly not being Nick’s? Remember at the engagement party for Commander Lawrence and the widow of Commander Warren, one of the other wives called Rose’s pregnancy a miracle and said how are you going to explain the genetics of that. Then Rose said we’ll leave it in the hands of the Lord (or something like that). I haven’t found not one interviewer to ask about this 😒
Rita is absolutely STUNNING w that white blonde hair (I’m sorry, I’m blanking on the actor’s real name) and I totally think Mark and Serena could potentially have feelings for each other...or at least Mark has feelings for Serena, messed up as that may be...
I didn’t like her when she asked Max if he thinks Nick and June are going to have a healthy relationship. Ok she’s Team Luke but I think maybe she’s watching another show. Nick and June have always had a healthy relationship because their bond is real. They respect each other, they love in the purest and selfless way (especially Nick I dare say). I don’t really get the point Nikki!!!
They’ve never had a healthy relationship. June was pretty much forced to sleep w him...he helped her murder Fred...they continued w their affair even after June finds out that Luke is alive - and therefore still her husband - and even after Nick gets married...etc, etc. However, I do think they love each other in the only way they can, in the way they need to, and they do take care of each other, whatever that looks like. What I feel and see is that they are deeply bonded by shared trauma. I don’t think any of that is healthy. Necessary, yes...desirable, yes...healthy? Not so much.
They did have a relationship though. They were together the entire time she was at the Waterfords, then the 3 months at the Boston Globe they were really together , I read an article that they lived like a couple there basically. They lost their safe place at his apartment after Serina arranged Eden but they were secretly together then to until her escape with the baby. Season 3 and 4 did not span a long time period . Nichole is only 21 months old by the end of season 5.
Hard to imagine the cognitive dissonance required to star in a show about escaping a cult while simultaneously being a member of the church of Scientology.🤔
I think "The Handmaid's Tale" is the best thing I have ever seen on television.

Nick makes June smile and happy. He understands her. She loves him with tenderness and passionate all the time. They are soulmates.
