Just a little tip. Get some filter for your camera. So you can showcase the outside of the house. Verandas and backyard. Also those area that are so brightly lit during the day. They look washout also.

Hi lee, nope it doesn't really flood there. If you see the house for yourself you'll notice that it is on one of the highest points in the area. That's why it has a great view.
that's a 'garage' in Asia there's a gate surrounding the whole property so no one is going to break in and of course there's no snow so your vehicle will be fine
