Fab! James can be tricky, but fun. I should mention though if James were to run modern railtours he'd need overhead wire warnings & modern diesel airbrakes as well. Otherwise fantastic.

Mainline certified engines for running railtours are required to have them. Steam or diesel, otherwise they wouldn't be allowed to run.

Thanks for the info, I imagine the pump for the air brake is integrated into James’ tender frame, similar to the A4s; but I’ll get the overhead warning as soon as possible!

@@lazyterrier Glad to hear it! Also if you look at any pictures of Sir Nigel Gresley or Flying Scotsman they have yellow & red hoses wich are to connect up to modern diesels. There airbrakes, but the older style (Westinghouse) doesn't work with the modern stock. For a model example look up a Heljan 07 with Air brakes & without. Just trying to make sure models can be the best they can!
