    Zucchini fritters are full of flavor and make a great dish for the whole family. Our tip is to drizzle them with or dip them into tzatziki sauce, marinara sauce, or yogurt.
    Did you know that zucchini fritters are a popular traditional Turkish recipe called Mucver, often served as a meze appetizer alongside other delicious small dishes? Tzatziki sauce pairs wonderfully with many vegetable recipes! Try making this tasty and easy recipe-you’re sure to love it.
    🌱 Ingredients:
    1 zucchini
    salt
    1/2 red onion
    0.5 oz | 15g | 1/9 cup chickpea flour
    40 ml water
    1.2 oz | 35g | 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    garlic
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp ground pepper
    1 tsp oregano
    🥣 Ingredients for Tzatziki Sauce:
    1 cup yogurt
    1 cucumber
    1/2 lemon
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp | 5g dill
    1 tsp | 5g parsley
    1 tsp | 5g mint
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tbsp olive oil
    🧑‍🍳 Preparation Tips:
    1. Grate the zucchini on a medium grater, generously salt it, and let it sit for 10 minutes to release water.
    2. Squeeze the water out of the zucchini.
    3. The chickpea flour and water mixture is an excellent egg substitute in any recipe to keep the fritters from falling apart, so be sure to add it.
    4. Fry for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown over medium heat.
    5. Enjoy your meal!
