Unlike the watermelon cupcake you made, i was glad to see you put organic fruit in the mixture instead of fruit essence... The watermelon cupcake did however look more convincing and it looked more rewarding since it required more detail finishes. But if i guess... i'd say this cupcake tastes more like home a lá more like the fruit itself. Its always astounding to watch you bake!
On your Instagram I kept thinking how much frosting you put on everything but wow all your frostings are amazing!! Good to see someone making something else than buttercream. Love your channel!!!

Cooking/baking is an art that requires grams and not cups/tbsp/tsp. You're basically asking him to go on Google to look for all the conversions for each ingredients, because you don't want to do it, or because you don't want to invest 10$ in a kitchen scale. Come on...
+Richa Patranabis you can't compare cup measurements to grams, Everything weighs differently. As for cups versus mls, there different conversion rates around the world. Some say one cup is 250 mls others say one cup 240 mls and so on. My recommendation is if you are persistent in using cup measurements, do a little reading up on your conversion chart versus theirs and go from there. Or you could just do the easiest thing, buy a scale

I'd recommend hopping on my website. I have a conversion guide on there which you're free to use. Otherwise, (and I know this pisses some people off...) I'd really recommend buying a pair of kitchen scales. They're not expensive at all and they measure in both grams and pounds :0). You'll find most recipes from England, Europe and Australia use grams. Hope that helps! :0)

There are lactose free dairy products; my brother always buy them, I don't know about you but here in Dubai we can find them in Carrefour or spinneys
