Wonderful as usual. As an artist featured in this mix, I can't even definitively identify my own track on the first listen. And that's awesome. That's what a mix should be. It should have its own identity and the stamp of the artist who assembled it. This technique and sound is truly your own. Lots to be proud of here. Stellar work. Now to listen to all those other amazing artists..!
Thanks so much Nathan! You are not the first with trouble finding their tracks, which I also love. Part of the whole process. Looking forward to meeting IRL!
Personally, I think these are just getting better- more articulation whilst still being lo-fi. I also like how it has movement and is telling a story - an underrated attribute for ambient! Great, as usual :)
Thank you. a worthy compilation for my bus ride to work at 6am.
I ended my week with seeing Tangerine Dream live and I open my week with this. Life is beyond amazing.
Thank you Eppu! Who won the bet?
HAINBACH Neither of us actually! We both picked two songs because Buck Shot and Blightes Transmittal seemed too out there and bassy for the nature of C45 but you managed to clip that one part we didn't account for. It turned out massive in your hands, gave me chills to hear it reinterpreted like this
Kingdom for seeing TD live on November 6, 1982!
Turned out lovely yet again, through the thick haze of summer! 🙏
I love this series. Getting better and better. Thank you.
Most excellent! Looking forward to listening to this many times. :) Thanks!
The whole thing is excellent, thank you very much for this.
Beautiful. So quiet and nice.
amazing as always...thanks!
love it , love it , love it!!!!!
yesssssss this will get me through the day.
Awesome to hear!
Thanks man p, giving me a lot of inspiration for my own music
Always a treat
schöner start in die woche passt zum sommerregen und regt nicht auf
Good!
Can't look away from the bent platter. They are expensive as hell at this size, so I'll be quiet.
Yeah, it was used as desk in an opera house for a long time. ☹️ But I got the machine for free.
That's a steal then. I would take one with both bent platters. What tape are you using?
I've finished restoring my Mechlabor STM-610 BTW - it's a pretty obscured Hungarian studio two-track tape deck used across the Soviet union countries. Based on my highly subjective opinion - the second most good looking deck I've seen.
Wow, sounds like a great machine! I have to check it out!
Platter was just loose, I had forgotten to fasten it :-)
HAINBACH Crisis. Avoided. :-) What tape do you use?
How do you get that spacey sound? jk! Nice work.
Thank you! Here is how: ruclips.net/video/VjGAL0Tvw2o/видео.html
Can someone explain what this is and how its done? I'm super impressed, but kinda confused. Thanks
Good morning! This should give you an idea: ruclips.net/video/VjGAL0Tvw2o/видео.html
Very helpful and looking forward to hearing more of these mixes, they're absolutely brilliant.
Thank you! I just recorded the Anniversary Edition last night, which will premier on the DATA CULT podcast mid-september.
I wish you could link a downloadable mp3, but instead I'll just rip the lowest-fi youtube audio
Or got to www.patreon.com/hainbach and join for the MP3.
