I never knew that. I wish the schools had also asked for donations as well as canned food during their food drives. I understand some families may not be able to afford a monetary donation, but the majority of parents would choose to send money if they were aware of this fact.
Happened to us last night when we tried to spend $40 at Walmart, and I cried. I can't imagine having the money to spend as much as she does, it's mind-boggling! Not jealousy, I just literally can't imagine not having to check prices and add things up in my head while I shop, it must be nice, I have to say.

I work in a building with 100+ other employees. Every week or two HR going on a generous Costco run for snacks and drinks. It is always more than enough. Gaining a few extra pounds seems part of the onboarding process. NEVER, and I mean neverrrrrr do they cart in this amount of food & bevs. For OVER 100 ADULTS!!!! You are absolutely right! She has this issue with dependency. Josh spoke of it during thr NYC trip. She NEEDS these kids to be absolutely dependent on her which is why she doesnt ask for help. I worked at a group home for kids with severe trauma/mental illness in California.....and the food we were required to “prepare” for the kids was horrifying!!! NO NUTRITIONAL VALUE! I don’t understand how it is legal for a group home to feed these poor kids pure crap! There really needs to be new laws to insure foster kids are getting adequate nutrition and not diabetes and obesity!

I’m curious what the meals entailed. I worked at a government daycare and the meals were pretty balanced. We used canned veggies/fruits unfortunately. But the proteins were normally turkey meatballs, chicken nuggets, fish sticks(sometimes hot dogs) and they had a carb (bread, rice, pastas)
I worked at a childrens home for troubled teens for 3 years as a cook. Everything was balanced. I mean there was always meat bread veggie and starch for dinners and fruits always available for breakfast n lunch. Dont get me wrong tho😂there was also ALOT of junk food but kids did not have 24/7 access to food. But ice cream,cookies,cakes candies was there....
I am a cancer patient and starting after Christmas I will be getting a food delivery box and I am horrified that it might be the type of junk food that Alicia feeds her children. I cannot eat that garbage. Do y'all know how they make Pringles? Eww. 🤢. Fisherman separate their catch into bins. Good size fish stay alive until they get taken to market. The minnows and small fish are killed and dumped into a bucket where it ferments and molds all day. They grind up that bucket full into a paste. It gets nasty from there. They add other ingredients to the paste to make the chips. All of which just grosses me out. No. I am not going to eat that. Y'all can eat it all. I am going to pass.

Get a wedge of parmesan, its the same price as the bottle, it is so much better when its hand grated, even better grated in a food processor. You should start a petition begging her to use reusable water bottles instead of all those ridiculous single use bottles. Josh I too hate her for all that water, as well as everything else.
She can't because that would mean that she would have to get the septic system fixed. She does not want to fix the septic system because then she would lose her laundromat contract vlogs. And it would mean fewer disposable dishes hauls that she does for content. She enjoys the content that she gets to make because of the broken septic system. To me, it is just nasty.
I don't think there are any guidelines on what adoptive parents feed their kids, unfortunately. But they certainly should have limits of how many kids can be adopted into one household, and they should not be allowed to film the kids and put them on the internet!
I lived in a house with 10 people, 6 teenagers, an aunt and uncle that liked smoking the green (so they could eat) and a couple toddlers. We would buy like a 5th of what she did and that would last a couple weeks. We had no dishwasher, we had chore shifts (am, lunch, pm dish duties) and a Costco pack of paper towels lasted us a month... cause we used dish towels. Her shopping is so wasteful. That experience taught me so many life skills, like ingredient stacking (must incorporate one ingredient in at least 3 separate meals) or we didn't bulk buy it. She isn't teaching these kids anything to prepare them for the next phase of their life
Ok, in her defense the backpack purse is SO much easier. I know it looks stupid, but it doesn't fall down and get in the way, and whatnot. It can be really awkward carrying the purse around. Of course I usually just throw mine in the cart, but I will throw it on if I need too....also mine is bigger so the ratio is better

My mom was over the food pantry at my church and her friend did the Friday night meals. We got a stipend to do the Friday meals but I spent a lot of time transporting things from the food bank to the food pantry. We didn’t have a lot growing up and we needed food from pantries. As things got better we gave back more. One of the greatest gifts my mom gave me was a servants heart. My kids are just about old enough to start volunteering so I’m excited to do more in 2023. I really hope she’s donating the food. People need it. Especially during the cold weather and holidays.

My town was hit by the dec 10, 2021 tornado and we had so many food trucks come to feed us. It was good good quality food and so appreciated. They came from all over the United States. So you idea to take a truck to people without homes is a wonderful idea

I work in a building with 100+ other employees. Every week or two HR going on a generous Costco run for snacks and drinks. It is always more than enough. Gaining a few extra pounds seems part of the onboarding process. NEVER, and I mean neverrrrrr do they cart in this amount of food & bevs. For OVER 100 ADULTS!!!! She’s sickkkkkkk in the head.

I’m a mom of 9, at first I was like “she’s doing her best” and I try not to be judgey and sanctimonious, you never know what people are going through, etc. The more I’ve seen her the more I feel bad for her kids and husband. For her kids sake I hope she’s better off camera. Her channel is tacky and gross and literally everything is “look what I do!! I’m such a good mom!! Look HOW MUCH I BUY!!!” With that much toilet paper and water she bought, like is she preparing for the next 57 years? Make those kids go to the store and help!

You are absolutely right! She has this issue with dependency. Josh spoke of it during thr NYC trip. She NEEDS these kids to be absolutely dependent on her which is why she doesnt ask for help. Shes slave to the algorythm and needs to put that over her kids well being to ensure her income. Its a toxic toxic toxic cycle. I feel for her kids and i hope they dont get a show. Itll just get worse.

I'd like to point out she only bought food that her kids eat. I think she is lying about the partying to cover up her panic buying to stock up for this coming blizzard. When Alicia buys party food, she goes a completely different route and utilizes her slow cookers to feed the masses and puts chips in bowls. That was not a "party" haul. That was a "buy in access for the blizzard coming" haul. She better not do anymore grocery shopping hauls for a month!

I worked at a group home for kids with severe trauma/mental illness in California.....and the food we were required to “prepare” for the kids was horrifying!!! NO NUTRITIONAL VALUE! I don’t understand how it is legal for a group home to feed these poor kids pure crap!
There really needs to be new laws to insure foster kids are getting adequate nutrition and not diabetes and obesity!

Parents who pack lunches for their children are constantly reminded to pack healthy food. Teachers are constantly monitoring students lunches
I’m curious what the meals entailed. I worked at a government daycare and the meals were pretty balanced. We used canned veggies/fruits unfortunately. But the proteins were normally turkey meatballs, chicken nuggets, fish sticks(sometimes hot dogs) and they had a carb (bread, rice, pastas)
I worked at a childrens home for troubled teens for 3 years as a cook. Everything was balanced. I mean there was always meat bread veggie and starch for dinners and fruits always available for breakfast n lunch. Dont get me wrong tho😂there was also ALOT of junk food but kids did not have 24/7 access to food. But ice cream,cookies,cakes candies was there....
I am a cancer patient and starting after Christmas I will be getting a food delivery box and I am horrified that it might be the type of junk food that Alicia feeds her children.

The minnows and small fish are killed and dumped into a bucket where it ferments and molds all day. They grind up that bucket full into a paste. It gets nasty from there. They add other ingredients to the paste to make the chips. All of which just grosses me out. No. I am not going to eat that. Y'all can eat it all. I am going to pass.

She just jams the clothes into 15 washers / dryers and then dumps the wrinkled pile on the floor of her bedroom and buy new. Sorry but I never wear anything new that I don’t wash first. And I fold out of the dryer and place carefully in drawers or hang. Clothes waste is a huge global issue.

I don't think there are any guidelines on what adoptive parents feed their kids, unfortunately. But they certainly should have limits of how many kids can be adopted into one household, and they should not be allowed to film the kids and put them on the internet!

I lived in a house with 10 people, 6 teenagers, an aunt and uncle that liked smoking the green (so they could eat) and a couple toddlers. We would buy like a 5th of what she did and that would last a couple weeks. We had no dishwasher, we had chore shifts (am, lunch, pm dish duties) and a Costco pack of paper towels lasted us a month... cause we used dish towels. Her shopping is so wasteful. That experience taught me so many life skills, like ingredient stacking (must incorporate one ingredient in at least 3 separate meals) or we didn't bulk buy it. She isn't teaching these kids anything to prepare them for the next phase of their life

Ok, in her defense the backpack purse is SO much easier. I know it looks stupid, but it doesn't fall down and get in the way, and whatnot. It can be really awkward carrying the purse around. Of course I usually just throw mine in the cart, but I will throw it on if I need too....also mine is bigger so the ratio is better

My mom was over the food pantry at my church and her friend did the Friday night meals. We got a stipend to do the Friday meals but I spent a lot of time transporting things from the food bank to the food pantry. We didn’t have a lot growing up and we needed food from pantries. As things got better we gave back more. One of the greatest gifts my mom gave me was a servants heart. My kids are just about old enough to start volunteering so I’m excited to do more in 2023. I really hope she’s donating the food. People need it. Especially during the cold weather and holidays.
