There was Akshay Kumar.
There guy has a black belt in Taekwondo. He also studied martial arts in Bangkok, Thailand, where he learned Muay Thai and worked as a chef and waiter.
He brought martial-arts style action to Bollywood in the 90s and was primarily an action hero till he explored the actor within him and did variety of roles.
Now he is well known for comic timing and now he has reached a point in his life that he is doing movies that have a good message for the audiences and society in general.

It is a under rated movie. I loved it. Plus it has the gordan Liu, the guy from the 36th chamber of sholin. This movie has good action sequences from both Akshay and Deepika.. Plus Akshay's comedic timing is great..I don't know why people didn't like it?

The movie is really fun but you don't find it funny if it is dubbed. Indian movie dialogues are not properly translated. That's why it's not funny in english.

I think jaby won't get the comic timing of akshay Kumar , you can enjoy akshays comic timing only if you understand hindi , his tone when doing comedy is on a different level altogether.
bang on..akshay's comic timing is really perfect. he is the only actor who could have pulled of such roles ..despite of no story he made us laugh with his acting n comedy. and gave us a really good motivational song chak lein de

This movie was judged way before it even got released. People walked in with pre-set mind that this is going to be horrible. I say walked in because despite the harsh reactions the movie did quite well at the box office. I can totally understand why you would watch this trailer because it looks interesting and yes i too found it to be that, because what's not to like good action, great music and good comic timing, it was a complete package. Haters gonna hate, but akshay kumar delivered a very good and underrated performance in this one❤️ Peace🤘

This is one of the most entertaining movies I love... I remember watching it in a housefull show here in India and the crowd was hooting cheering and laughing.... It was like a festival there..... I have watched this movie over and over again
This is one of those movies that I love watching everytime it's on TV. You guys don't find it amazing because you don't know the gravity of Akshay Kumar's comic timimg, which is best enjoyed in Hindi.

I'm an American Born Indian Desi and I watched this Movie a Long Time Ago when it was still New, and I watched it Three Times again, over the Years, Mainly because of the Comedy Scenes and Catchy Dance Songs! I Loved this Movie Back then! I can still Recall the Funny Scenes in my Mind! Even I remember their Fighting Scenes we're a bit Stretched, like Fighting while Flying Around. The Style reminded me of Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon Inspired, using a lot of Wire Works! It was a Laugh! But Never the Less I Loved it very much, One of my Favorites, Mainly Because ALL the Songs in the Movie are Still my Favorites Today!! Watch it again Jaby it's Not That BAD!

As an Indian who likes Japanese action anime and despises the typical Bollywood drama movie from the very, I really liked this Bollywood movie and still do to this day. Never found it hard to watch probably because of the different vibes it presented.
ITS REALLY MY 3RD FAVORITE MOVIE(after 3 idiots and yjhd) AND I WAS OF 12 WHEN I SAW IT AND STARTED TRYING THE MOVES SHOWN IN MOVIE AND I REALLY LOVE IT.
The film is an entertainer. It is a comedy which doesn't take itself seriously. Do watch it.
watch this movie while having dinner/lunch, it's a light-hearted comedy and the action doesn't necessarily follow laws of physics here. Akshay kumar did a brilliant job tho.

Hey Jaby, I just want to tell you that when I was a kid, this movie came out and after watching it, I started training in Tae Kwondo. I watched this movie several times and tried to learn each and every Kung Fu move. 🤣🤣🤣

This film was disliked? Wtf?!!! I loved this movie, it was one of the few most amazing movies that existed in Bollywood at that time.
This was basically Kung Fu Panda for desi kids. We only watched it like that back then and loved it. No one was expecting it to be something very deep or serious. Every kid was obsessed with kung fu for like 2 months after it came out. It is definitely one of a kind movie and it is a sweet memory of our childhood. Specially the song that featured Bohemia blew everyone away because that also never happened before in Bollywood.

Read this... The original version of Hera Pheri released in 1989 and its name was Ramji Rao Speaking, and I have watched that film a number of times.. The second part of that movie in malayalam was titled Mannar Mathai Speaking and it was remade in bollywood as Bhagam Bhag.... Again the original version was 10 times better...
At 1:22 when she said 'hope Jaymes' I was like no 'j hope' coz whenever I see/hear the word "hope" it only reminds me of jhope (BTS)..... Ahhh bangtan trash... I hope there are army's here who can understand my comment... Lol

That's the worst year of Akshya Kumar. Specially after 2007 & 2008 when he gave back to back super hit movies, people's exceptions was high.
I've watched this movie and really liked it. reminds me a little of kung fu hustle. completely unrealistic scenes but very enjoyable. I found it better than 'kung fu yoga'. but then I have weird taste. loved Deepika in that movie, she was Badass.

The problem I felt was they convoluted the story too much.
Traditional Chinese story-a normal guy who knows some fighting is severely impacted by a villian so he goes on a journey finds a mentor learns new techniques and comes back with a changed personality and more knowledge to finish the villian.
You see this same thing in Kill Bill, Baaghi, etc and it is a timeless formula works perfectly.
What CC2C did was take this whole thing then add
1.Typical twins get seperated
2.Reincarnation
3. Important character loses memory then gets it back at the right time.
4.Too many co incidences
