Kind of like disagree a bit, I hope Sweden won’t be as overrated as it currently is, and I also think Netherlands deserve to qualify. Just my opinion though, respect yours. Nice video, I still really enjoy your layout.
Same feeling with Sweden (and Norway)
The Swedish song itself is okay, but it will come down to the live performance. If they keep it as in Melodifestivalen (looks like a music video and not like a live performance), they will do really well in the competition (top 5).
You're right, it all depends on the live performance, but I don't think that song wise the song would deserve to come in a top 5, as there are way better songs in my opinion. But good luck to them anyways.

Seeing the comments here and on other Eurovision uploads has allowed me to appreciate now more than ever how opinions can differ so greatly. I've been critiquing music/sound design pretty much my entire life and feel any assessment I make is solid but it seems people who may have completely or almost completely opposing opinions likely feel the same way about their own assessments.

Look, as a Slovene I have to be realistic. It may be something different from us this year but it's like a poor man's try to be unique. Our only friends there are Serbia and Montenegro and even they give us a lot of points only every once and a while. Just compare it with this being sent by Sweden, people would go mad for it. (ACTUALLY I HOPE Amaya one day manages to represent Sweden so we will be able to draw comparisons to her 2011 performance)
All in all, we know there's a good chance we won't qualify again and I'm fine with it. It's just the media who makes it always look like a disaster. (Yes, our media hasn't gave up on Slovenia winning once which is laughable. It takes a lot more than just an interesting entry for us to win and most of us know that, ok, some people rip the entries apart, I don't even if I dislike it, I still am rooting for my country but I know it will be hard with so many automatic (or almost automatic-missed a contest or two) qualifiers there)
IceCranberry the televote is not going to help Slovenia.... This is not a stand-out song but the juries should give a lot of points to Slovenia..... She has a great stage performance and a catchy beat! If Sweden gets points for Stage show then so should Slovenia!
Will that be enough only time will tell.... But based on past track record and song quality Slovenia sits 12th on list of possible qualifiers by my assessment!
You need to hope that Hungary, Romania and Serbia have a very lukewarm performance.

Love Sweden: Perfect vocals, amazing bass and solid song design. Re Denmark, it's unfortunate the runner up didn't get selected. I think it could have gone far. The actual selection for Denmark is painful to experience, reminiscent of Celtic stuff I've heard coming out of Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. Sorry Denmark and sorry Cape Breton.
I respect your opinion 100% but for me, I feel like Denmark should've won this year. It was a song that fit the theme, had a great power to it and just had so much potential. This is such a "Eurovision" entry, and I feel like they really delivered.

I just want to say, that the one who get the first place in this semifinal won't get a spot in the top 3, even in the top 5, the songs of this semifinal are just basic compared to the ones that are in the first, and in the first semifinal is the winner of this year.
I think Sweden or Ukraine will win this semifinal
Also, I think that Latvia and Netherlands will qualify and I'm not sure about Serbia and Moldova.

Actually, I agree with your predictions, however, I don't think that Moldova will qualify, and I would put the Netherlands instead of them. And for the final spot it will be between Latvia, Hungary and Slovenia.

In the second semi-final only two strong countries: Norway and Sweden, there is nothing more to watch. The stronger countries are gathered in the first semifinal.
